I started this book out as a research paper on possible organic or biological transmission systems of empathic communication. I ended up taking an amazing journey of discovery about our world, our universe, and myself. In these pages is some of what I learned. The first thing I wish to point out is this book is not meant to be a book on religion. I do, however, use the term God but who or what you consider God is up to you. In what way you view the universe is up to you, weather you identify yourself as a Buddhist, Christian, Muslim, Hindu, atheist, or any other thing. You may believe in reincarnation, or you may think the universe itself is God. For some the human spirit or science is what they consider God. I cannot define your concept of God for you no matter who you think He, She, or It is, or if you believe God exists at all. I am in part, referring to a greater living, conscious universe that we and all things are connected to and a part of. My faith is Christian and I hold to that. In fact, the very things I have found in my research have only strengthen that belief.
In the telling of this story I take you through parts of my own life struggles to express why I felt it important to explore the topics I cover and to allow you to understand how they affect me personally as I search for meaning. I feel this book offers hope although it did not start out that way. It started as a paper but what I learned helped me to better understand something important about myself and maybe it will do the same for you. A good deal of this book is based on many ideas and concepts in science that seem to suggest multiple ways we are connected beyond what we have previously imagined possible.
Some of these scientific concepts can get a little deep and, in some cases, hard to understand. If you are like me, and not a scientist, some of the words and terms can get confusing. That is due in part to the specific vernacular used in science and not necessarily the ideas behind the words. I attempt to explain some of these concepts in a way that is more understandable, however in doing so I removed some technical details and depth that a professional scientist may take issue with. I made a decision to remove a great deal of this information in favor of simplicity because the paper changed from my original intent. It became more important for me to connect on why and how the information may be affecting us as a civilization and how it applied to my story specifically. Many theories get so shrouded in made-up words it becomes difficult for anyone not in that specific field of science to fully understand what is being said. In some cases, this leaves room for taking liberties with facts. I tried to sort through some of this as best I could.

Getting started
If all that you and I create can be destroyed tomorrow and not one thing remained, what then was its purpose, what is your purpose? The fact that our existence here on earth is not permanent may be a clue, a hint to a story of something much greater. It suggests our lives are more than the slow or fast motion of time. We struggle, we hope, we pray, we love and we create but for what purpose? Weather you believe all life is completely divided, that we are all unique individuals yet a created part of one greater identity, or some other concept, the purpose of your existence means something, I believe that you mean something and are part of a greater conscious design! Most of all, love itself is a living thing built into creation, connects the universe and is transferred through and from life. I believe that we are all unique parts of one much greater thing and deeply connected as one. How you view that statement leads to another interesting question. Did you read it and think it meant we are all divisions of one greater thing or did you read it to say something greater created us therefore we are in essence a part of He who created us because that is a very good question! It could even suggest that one greater thing created a living universe and we are actually individual parts of it experiencing itself in some way. Oddly this does not expressly or directly contradict most religions concepts of creation. For example, in the bible God created man and woman last, before He rested and does not preclude the possibly that within the design of creation and matter itself, He did not connect us to the universe through the very dirt we were created from.
It does not go into detail about how the universe is designed and what possible connections life may have with all matter throughout the universe. I am not arguing religious doctrine I am simply asking for your patience as I explore ideas that show how truly amazing the universe is. I think it safe to say that at some level, if God created the universe, He set up some aspects of its design as self-regulating and continuous.
Science itself can show that at some level all things that exist are part of a system, an advanced architecture of inner connected processes built into creation. This I feel dismisses the concept of God creating the universe outside of process no matter how long ago or by what exact means it was created. It suggests an unimaginable connected design with symmetry and function that extends far past basic explanation.
My road has taken many turns just as yours has. I am not actually different than you are, and in fact I believe that in a way, you are part of me, and I am part of you. This, I hope will make more since as you read further. I have trouble expressing some of what I have learned into words. While I do attempt to express ideas in a more understandable way, sometimes they can still lack the true depth of the concept I want to articulate. It is a challenge to fully express the essence of a concept that reaches beyond our normal understanding. For that reason, I have made a choice to try and express myself as simply as possible.
What makes you happy, or gives you joy? This is a fundamental question I have asked myself many times. It is often the driving force of much that goes wrong with me. Maybe I am asking the wrong question, or I am not willing to hear the real answer. What makes me happy or gives me joy may not be comfort, fame, drugs, recognition, money, self-worth, sex, or pride. No, it very well may result from needed periods of discomfort and struggle but I didn't want to hear that, who would? So why is this question relevant? It often influences my decisions and can motivate me to do many of the things I do. Therefore, I feel it is important to understand the factors that make me feel joy and the factors that make me feel separated. This is part of the reason I have included bits of my own particular story. I did this in an attempt to relate with you on issues most of us face at one point or another in our life and connect them to parts of this book.
I think the best definition I can give for joy is, peace in the absence of fear, the less I fear the more deeply I feel peace and in the total absence of fear, I feel great joy. This also seems to fit, at least in-part, the idea of faith. Let's face it, fear is opposed to peace, joy and faith. So back to my question, if all everyone on earth did in the course of their entire life can be washed away in a mere moment, what is left, and did any of it matter? What would your efforts at creating beautiful art be worth? Why would it be important to write music, or to love others? That leads to the question of why then are we driven to do these things? What is truly important and why? Is it the work you do at home, or the insurance form you filled out yesterday? Is it going to a job to support your family? This leads to the question of who you feel you truly are you on the inside, what are you, and do you matter beyond what you do? What do you think is important now and from years past? What do you cherish most when you look back on your life? What is joy to you?
We must first identify what joy is. How long should joy last? Is it only a quick state of being or is it a full state of being, and why can't it be the only state of being? Happiness may be a chemical response your body produces but is that what joy is? If your body only produced normal levels of the chemicals needed to function, and you are simply content, would you deem this as joy? Some see joy as simply not being miserable. Is joy what you are searching for? Is joy the result of being a part of something bigger, being connected to more, finding or touching on what it is you are really here to do? Think back on the moments you were the happiest or felt the most joy. I tend to view happiness as contentment while I view joy as being happy and fully at peace. I cannot have joy without happiness but I can be happy without joy. I remember the times with other people, moments I had purpose, was connected with nature or within myself. I remember feeling excepted, content, and being a part of something meaningful, I remember purpose, peace, and love.
We should know that achieving our dreams isn't by itself something that makes us happy or gives us joy, if this were so actors, sports stars, and other successful people would not use drugs to mask a lack of fulfillment, nor would they commit suicide for similar reasons. A desire to use something to fill a void in our self is a symptom of the real problem, and usually has little to do with the thing we are using to try and fix that problem. It may be that the real problem is a disconnection from others and in context the greater universe, and this in turn creates a conflict with who we really are on the inside. The fact that we can achieve so much and yet have so little is a testament to the truth of this. We can stop loving ourselves to the point that we feel sad, lonely and worthless. We can become disconnected, and isolated from life, other people, nature, and from that which is greater than ourselves.
This book is not so much about the very large as it is the very small. It is about how the universe outside of us is also on the inside of us. It is also about how amazing we are, even if sometime we don’t feel that way. I believe this to be true. Our mistakes, our failures are a part of our growth, they are what transform our understanding if we let them, they are gifts because without them what would we ever learn. I hope to show this in a way that is undeniable but I understand words, or at least my words, have limits, however they do not have limits if you allow them to be what they are meant to be for you.
Open mind

If some form of universal information or consciousness can exist how does it work, how is it communicated, and what are the implications? If it exists at all I wanted to understand why and how it worked, but in doing so I needed to over-come many preconceptions. My task then was to figure out how to shed myself of them as best I could. This is much harder than you may think because we all have so many. Our society is bombarding us with lies, and we often develop distorted viewpoints based on them. These preconceptions effect what we believe our reality to be and are re-enforced by emotions we create by our understanding of them. Our expectations often become failures to us because they were based on lies to begin with. These preconceptions can manifest through our understanding of religion, spirituality, ideas, media, self-worth, wealth, values, morals, sex, politics, science, ego, education, marriage, popular culture, music, art, and more.

In hopes of recognizing and understanding the truth when I saw it, I created a thought experiment in which I attempted to shed myself of everything I thought I knew. I allowed myself to question any concept or theory and to seek answers from many varied sources. I realized something early on, the best ideas were usually relatively simple. I learned that nature rarely, if ever, did anything without a reason, it always functions in the most efficient, organized way it can even if it does not appear that way to us. This often means relatively simplistic at its most fundamental level, that however, does not always mean easy to understand. It is many times the stacking of simple upon simple that create such amazing complexity. There is a great deal that emerges by simply asking questions, seeking answers and considering implications. The more I asked the more amazing the possibilities, and the universe began to expand in my understanding. It also brought into focus how little I understood God. It outlined to me just how small I had made Him within the confines of my mind.

Static
We live in a world filled with what could aptly be called static. Different signals and information are being transmitted by almost everything, both natural and manmade. Most of these signals are electromagnetic in nature ranging in energy level by wave length. This static also extends to signals we are receiving from outside of earth’s atmosphere. We ourselves are filling the air with electromagnetic energy information from radio waves to microwaves. All life produces electromagnetic (EM) energy at differing wave lengths, even our planet is playing its own electromagnetic song.
This has become a serious problem because we are receptors of this energy, and as you read further you will see just how susceptible we are to it. We do not know what purpose it could be used for, or by whom. We also do not know the amount we are receiving, from where, and the effects it may have on us. Your brain functions within this field so there should be concern. We know High energy EM radiation can cause cell mutations leading to cancer, but less known are the effects of exposure to certain lower frequencies. While subtle they can damage the mind and body.
Consider what lower frequency microwaves (10^-2) can do, then consider that we as humans exist at approximately 10^-8. This is very close to microwave frequencies in the same EM spectrum. It would seem likely that these frequencies could disrupt our natural vibrational energy and possibly effect consciousness. We vibrate at specific frequencies and there could be positive or negative effects by specific tuning of this energy. The strength and duration we are exposed to is relevant, too much for too long can produce heat and damage cells among other things.
In research on consciousness and microtubules in the brain by Stuart Hameroff and Roger Penrose it is theorized that a quantum process is in part responsible for consciousness. While this quantum function is still working, I believe it is likely that certain energy may interfere or limit the expansion of consciousness by inhibiting these quantum functions. In labs it is very hard to reproduce and maintain these effects due to their delicate nature, yet for this be possible in the body it would have to be balanced organically in nature and function in conjunction with those natural sources of EM energy. Our observation of the process can alter the result when attempting to measure it. It may be that we ourselves are already entangled with the function through consciousness thus making it possible that certain energies can affect quantum functions in nature.
We are also constantly being divided by verbal information and later given solutions to the resulting problems by the very people who created them in the first place. I do not intend to get political because it should be clear to everyone by now that politicians aren't running anything.
We are inundated with negative misleading news fabricated for agendas not in our best interest. It has become a method of mental / emotional warfare and control. These negative attacks are designed to produce division and anger and this produces a stagnant consensus reality based on well-established sociological and phycological principles. Put in simple terms a house divided against itself will fall. Regardless of what ideology is dominate it leaves those controlling earth's resources and wealth free to continue plundering.
When we hear something, it plants a suggestion in what we think of as our subconscious mind. If we hear it repeatedly it reinforces the suggestion as truth even if it is an outright fabrication. At what we consider a subconscious level we may question it because it feels wrong. This can often cause internal conflict and dissociation, which can cause depression, and aggression.

Think about how much information you are being subjected to daily. If the power of suggestion did not work companies would not spend billions of dollars on advertising every year.
Signals you are being exposed to every day have an effect on your mental and physical health. We as a society have more comforts yet have less and less peace, and joy. We are seeing an explosion in anger and violence as more and more people become discontent and unvalued among the masses. It may be possible that some forms of EM energy are directly causing physical and mental health maladies. Studies have shown that EM energy is even picked up by our DNA. This combined with the constant stream of anger and division coming from an overabundance of media may be affecting our conscious growth as a civilization. The cell phone you walk around with is transmitting EM energy in more than one range within the EM spectrum.

It may be that the only way to solve the world’s problems is by breaking out of our current self-directed reality and growing spiritually from within. This isn't religious although it involves some of the same spiritual concepts. It is a state of being, a shift of conscious energy state to a higher living reality and it is very real. I know that sounds like an idea that hippies came up with in the 60's but if you keep reading you will see real science behind this assertion. I am not suggesting something that is unobtainable. It will only take a relatively small portion of the world’s population to change and the rest will follow, once it starts I believe there will be little or no stopping it. It is from within that we can change the outside world. It will happen if we learn to let go of fear, anger and division by connecting to something greater than ourselves through love. That sounds a bit like a Hallmark card but emotions can be transmitted through EM energy and are received through the water in your body.
It is letting go of selfish fear and love toward others that change the wiring within the mind via plasticity. You can have a positive effect on yourself, others, and the world around you by your emotional energy. It can be done while in meditation or prayer for others, this then begins to rewiring your own brain through Neuro Plasticity.
Showing love by direct action is more effective in changing your emotion state because action itself rewires the brain much more effectively, even small acts of kindness can have a profound effect on the future. Consider the idea of a ripple effect. This has been portrayed in movies but the idea is very real. By showing love you could change one future event and this in turn changes another and another and so on. We often heard this referred to as karma but regardless of what you call it, it exists as a very real process. We often think of Karma as a like-kind return of our actions in life, sometimes fast sometimes slow, it can be good or bad. We seem to be attracted to certain types of people. Our mutual interests and actions in life can cause time lines to correspond.
Let's say a small store owner, out kindness decided to hire a poor man who needed work, this gave the man hope and money he needed to feed his family. This kept him from making the drastic decision to rob a store that night. This in turn stopped him from inadvertently shooting someone during the robbery, and this saved both families the grief of that event. it may have been the son of the shop owner who was spared and later the grandson of the poor-man does the same kindness for the shop owners grandson 50 years later. Karma however, is not a single person action-exchange; its effects return to our entire civilization good or bad, so consider the millions and millions of actions by our world and consider what direction they move. We as a universal group create our living reality and therefore we all share in the karma produced by our actions.
The results of our actions branch off in multiple directions and change events for many people far into the future and in mass they move through time like a wave. This is happening all the time and the results, good or bad, cause multiple ripples in future events. This illustrates very well how small things can matter. Even outside of direct action we can have an effect on those around us. If you take time while at night and concentrate on loving others it can make a difference. The idea is that we can over-come or at least reduce negative static, and that in turn will help change the world by first changing ourselves.
Electromagnetic

If I was to pick one force in nature that seems to show up most often as I researched different fields of science, it is magnetic fields or (EM) electromagnetic fields. Electrical current is required to produce a magnetic field. This force is relevant in everything from the smallest particle to the largest galaxy. I could not seem to find any area of research, whether in biology or astrophysics that it did not play a role.
It has recently been shown in research led by Erica Morley, a sensory biophysicist at the university of Bristol, and published in Current Biology, that spiders use static electricity within electromagnetic fields to fly. This was also suggested by Charles Darwin two centuries ago. Even in new medical procedures magnetic fields show up ranging from new cancer treatments to new methods of treating depression. There is a magnetic field around the earth and it shields us from cosmic radiation, it has a north and south pole like most magnets. Unlike a bar type magnet, it is theorized to be a self-generating magnetic field, otherwise it is believed that it would lose strength over time.
It is theorized that the molten outer core of our planet spins around a solid inner core consisting mostly of iron and some lighter elements. This along with a process called convection is thought to produce our magnet field. You cannot take a step on this planet and not be in contact with a magnet field.

Michael Faraday confirmed that a moving magnetic field is necessary for electromagnetic induction to occur. Magnetic fields are produced by electric current and to the surprise of many astronomers it has recently been found that space is full of them. Space is also full of plasma which is a very good conductor of electricity.
In a study published in International Journal of Radiation Biology entitled "DNA is a fractal antenna in electromagnetic fields", they “subjected DNA to electromagnetic fields at differing frequencies ranges and characterized the properties of DNA as an antenna.”

If our DNA can act as an antenna we should consider how energy could alter our consioness growth as a species. We live and interact with magnetic fields all the time and people receive and transmit electromagnetic energy in multiple ways. This study gives us reason to consider the more complex relationship we have with energy in general.
The space within an atom is thought to be infinitely dense with vibrational energy. All living things vibrate at specific frequencies, this includes other matter, even planets produce energy. We often think of frequency in terms of sound waves, which are called mechanical waves, but EM waves do not need atmosphere to travel through. This however, does not preclude the possibility of sound traveling through space. Sound can travel through plasma as Alphen waves and it is believed that plasma is within 99.9999% of space. Vibrations from sound waves in specific frequencies can structure matter. This has been shown by applying sound frequencies to a metal plate. At certain frequencies water, sand, and other materials coalesces into specific geometric patterns. Electromagnetic energy includes light, Radio waves, microwaves, X-ray, gamma rays, among others. The more energy the higher the frequency, the shorter the wave length. They are all differing energy strengths of the same electromagnetic energy. All life produces electromagnetic energy at differing frequencies and relies on this energy for many natural system functions. Your thoughts are energy and we are transmitting as well as receiving differing forms of energy at differing wave lengths within mind and body.

We know people produce light in infrared but that is not the only part of the EM spectrum we as people transmit energy. Our brains create what are refer to as brain waves. These range from infra-low to gamma waves. Most major processes within your body, including the beating of your heart, and the functions of your brain are electrical.
The energy density found in just a single atom is so great that it became known as the "vacuum catastrophe".

Arguably it suggests a fractal of the entire universe exists within every atom in our body. This makes it much easier to imagine that we are connected to all things, even space (vacuum) because it is you, and we are communicating through these energy fluctuations. It may be that this communication could be functioning as part of consciousness. I believe this communication to be outside of time as we understand it and may be part of the reason we effect quantum functions upon observation.
By observing connections in nature, we should be able to learn how the universe acts as part of a greater system. Why would we live in a complex inner connected system on earth that exists within an entire universe yet be disconnected from it? Why would we have such system symmetry here on earth and it be isolated from the system it exists in?

“Magnetic fields on the Sun were first measured in sunspots by Hale (1908). The magnetic nature of the solar cycle became apparent once these observations extended over more than a single cycle (Hale et al., 1919).”
The suns solar cycles and the corresponding changes in electromagnetic field emissions have an effect on human behavior. Graphs show the cycles of the sun and cycles of our behavior are linked. Research done by Russian professor A. L. Tchijevsky, showed most major events occur during periods of solar maximum. It may be possible this EM energy change creates some sort of distortion or change in our consciousness that affects our behavior.
If the space within an atom contains high energy fluctuations, this super dense space or vacuum is likely connected to the universe at large as a condensed fractal of the greater system. This space is in us and all around us, our gravity and atmosphere do not make our localized air/space disconnected from the rest of the universe.
According to Einstein's theory of special relativity mass is energy. It would be odd to think that the electric force, which is something like one thousand billion, billion, billion, billion, times greater than the force of gravity, isn't the more dominate force in the universe.

Cosmology

This theory suggests that much of astrophysics is explained as electrical, and Birkeland currents travel through plasma all throughout the universe. Their ideas are more simple and intrinsic than many current theories in astrophysicists. They define energy as "charged matter in motion relative to the charged matter in the rest of the universe.” Some of the scaring on Mars, as well Earth and other planets, is thought to be have been caused by massive electrical discharges, some bridging from planet to moon in the distant past.
Their concepts on plasma discharge and interconnecting systems of electrical currents explain in a clear way the nature of many astrological phenomena. It is compelling when comparing evidence against our current theories in cosmology. I believe we have fallen down a rabbit hole in some of our theories but that is not to discredit the amazing work done by so many brilliant people. I have come to believe that many competing concepts need to be interwoven in order to complete the bigger picture.
The EU theory may not have it all right, but their solutions seem to answer big questions using a far less speculative approach, and their hypothesis are usually testable and observable. They are also able to work out many issues current theories cannot by using a classical approach to physics. I am not so arrogant as to think I know it all but we may need to re-look at some of our core theories in cosmology if we keep having to make up variables and terms to create new forces of nature in order to normalize purely mathematical concepts.
In astrophysics, concerning mathematics, it seems perfectly acceptable to make up any new force of nature necessary to reconcile issues with the current theory while ignoring its dismal history of predictable outcomes. This illustrates a stagnant conscious development by suppressing our focus within a circular domain. I think it very important to ask how this is occurring? What are the real reasons behind the suppression of new ideas?

As I looked into different theories in different fields I find many correlations between the "Electric Universe Theory" and specific aspect within biology. Using EM fields, we can reproduce the similar attraction/separation patterns in biology, such as the atomic bonds of molecules. This magnetic separation/attraction may, also better explain the "Strong Force". It is clear from what we currently know in biology that magnetic energy plays a critical role in living organisms even at the atomic level.

It stands to reason that the concept of magnetism which is present in electromagnet fields is a key component in the arrangement of biological systems as well as systems in space. What we do not often consider is its full effects on organic quantum functions that are believed to be occurring within us and all around us. These differing wave lengths may have a profound effect on our ability to fully utilize these natural quantum processes which in turn may affect higher functions of consciousness.
Life
I was a free little soul in my childhood memories. I played by the water and in trees most of the time I can remember but my home had a darker side. My father was an alcoholic and was abusive. I was around ten years old when he took his own life and this event changed everything for me. It was as if in that moment I stopped being me and became the son of an alcoholic. I am grateful for those moments of peace and freedom I experienced as a child before my life changed.
As I grew up I would become afraid, selfish, and angry. I am not sure what really changed in me as fear took hold. I don't remember the change, I just know it happened. I held on to guilt because I had selfishly asked my father for a motorcycle. I knew he was hurting and vulnerable and I took that opportunity to manipulate him for something I wanted, that was the last time I saw him. Everything changed for my family, we moved away and we began a new life without our father. My family moved to Georgia where my mother worked hard to get her PhD. We then moved around a good bit as my mother began her new career.
The details are not as important as what occurred within me, how and why I developed into the person I was, and who I am today. I am not sure of the impact of events or the defining moments that may have contributed to such sadness but I know inside I was unhappy. I had a need to be wanted and accepted I could never seem to fill. It may have been a result of my loss but I was never popular among my peers.
I have been deeply alone inside of myself almost all of my life. It is hard to explain to someone who has never had such an issue but it is a very hard way to live sometimes. Being lonely seemed to be a permanent state for me. In many ways I liked the solitude but at times I became full of self-pity and that often turned into anger and resentment. I was told I had a chip on my shoulder. I wanted to be around others but stay in my own little world.
I always felt as if I had to prove something or do something special to be liked and respected. I acted my life out in a vain attempt to feel special, and this was all in the hope of feeling loved and excepted. It was also my attempt at loving myself, but I never really knew who that was on the inside. I was trying to invent someone I thought was worthy of love and yet I could never live up to the hype of who and what I thought that was supposed to be. Television displayed my failure by broadcasting what success was supposed to look like. It was a state I wasn't able to duplicate although I desperately tried.
I was drawn to the drug crowd because they were more excepting. It was mostly made up of people like myself, misfits. We had our own brand of popularity but getting high was really the only requirement for membership. This was my group, my extended family and my only friends for the most part. Drugs became a problem for me as they became the solution to my problems, and this would bring all of the suffering we of that ilk experience all the time. It wasn't the drug that was the real problem just like it isn't the food, the sex, or the greed others use to mask their problems. It was the disconnection from that which is greater and the deep loneliness in the isolation of it.
My story is not special among people it is just my story, my life, and the lessons I would learn from it. I would not wish such suffering upon anyone but it has changed me, changed my heart in many ways. It has taught me much about life, people, and the value that can be found in struggle. It may have been in the most awful of moments that I learned the most about myself.
I have succeeded in many things but it was through my failures that I learned the real lessons, the important lessons. I have no need to write down all of the awful things I experienced, the details are not as important as the lessons, the truths. In much of my experience I came face to face with everything I struggled with inside, and maybe what we all struggle with. The fears in my heart were brought to life, and it was on the inside that I battled them like a raging fire for what felt like my very soul. I was faced with everything I despised in myself including the guilt I had acquired throughout my lifetime, it grew into a real enemy and fear was its name.
It manifested itself into, lies, anger, isolation, selfishness, sex, and every form of negative self-concept and emotion you can imagine. This fear often existed in a way that I didn’t even recognized as fear. I realize now that I was fighting the internal conflict that my outward actions were creating with my true inner self, my spirit, and this from a lack of faith in anything greater than myself. This had somehow manifested into a very real struggle that I could not win as long as I was acting in a way that was in conflict with the real me.
I find no use in arguing with anyone about their conception of God or even a lack there of. I have personally have struggled with questions dealing with religion, most concern the disposition of souls. What about the kind woman who has given her life to helping others but does not believe as I do? What about the generous man who selflessly takes in orphan’s but is a Buddhist? Would God allow terrible things to happen to these beautiful people after this life? I find it hard to believe that He would, and it occurred to me that I have no idea of Gods greater plan nor do I understand how and in what ways God reveals Himself to others. The name I would think most encompasses any true concept of God is "Love" and worship is in part loving and serving other people, creation, and life. This has to be true at least to some degree because if God created it than it would ultimately have to be of God.
So how does this apply to the book? I believe it is within us all to wonder what it all means, where did it all come from, what is it for, where do I fit in, and why do we seek answers? The world is full of religions that attempt to answer many of these questions. It doesn't matter how you understand what is responsible for the elegant organized architecture of our universe. What is important first, is learning that something much greater does exist. You must decide for yourself how it applies to your beliefs and what to call it. How you think of God has nothing to do with who and what He really is.
Science has been firmly against the idea of a greater consciousness until very recently but the math doesn't seem to work without very precise conscious design. If it is true that observation can affect a quantum function it leaves little doubt that some connection is occurring outside of our perception of self.

The above research done by Dr. Luc Antoine Montagnier, 2008 Nobel prize winner in physiology for finding the HIV virus, showed conclusively that water has memory. This was first discovered by renown scientist Jacques Benveniste but his work was not taken seriously. I still think it strange that many resist this considering the overwhelming evidence and what we are so willing to except concerning quantum mechanics.
In a double-blind study Dr. Montagnier placed an HIV molecule into a water solution then dilute it until the molecule was no longer present in the solution. Two samples were taken from the solution and mixed with other samples that had no contact with the HIV molecule.
Then using a sensitive microphone and recording software they recorded each sample looking for electromagnetic signals. They were correctly able to identify which samples had been exposed to the HIV molecule by its EM signature. The recording was then sent via internet to another lab in Paris where they independently played the EM recording to other water for an hour. Using the EM data, the lab was able to reconfirm the results and actually re-construct the HIV molecule from EM information transmitted to the newly exposed water sample!
Water has memory and is another link in the bigger story. We are made up of mostly water and different forms of energy affect the vitality of the water in your body. We transmit our own inward emotional energy and water remembers and responds to this. Our consciousness is also transmitted outward and is remembered. This memory may exist even at the quantum level.
Energy generated by thought and emotion has an impact on the health of the cells in your body. It may be that through a greater consensus consciousness we can affect more complex structures. It would likely take a large population to re-structure anything of significance but this study may indicate that our combined consciousness could play a part in structure at the quantum level. This could have profound implications on many aspects of our constructed perception of reality.
Masaru Emoto was a Japanese author and researcher who believed that human consciousness has an effect on the molecular structure of water. It has also been shown by others that emotions affect water structure. It is thought by some that water structure is the most important aspect to its vitality and health.
If we are in a state of disharmony and conflict we are projecting negative energy and this negative vibrational energy can affect the structure and health of water, including the water in our body water.

Water remembers what it comes in contact with directly and by outside signal sources. Water emits energy that effects the water around it. It can also re-structure into differing geometric patterns in response to the energy information it receives.
This amazing form of communication is fundamental to our health, and growth. It may also be directly entangled with consciousness within a universal system by facilitating information exchange and quantum memory processes.
In the 1930’s it was discovered that certain bacteria in water became agitated at the exact moment solar flares erupted from the sun. This idea appears consistent with non-locality as it seems to defy local realism.

These customers use this revitalized water in industrial applications and supply convincing data to support its use. They claim that revitalized water works so well at combating corrosion and sludge they no longer need to use chemicals, which before was thought to be impossible.
It was shown through studies that a drop of water observed under a microscope can take on different shapes depending upon the personal energy of the person doing the test. Water is not a dead object we simply use to wash our clothes. Water has a life force that actually exchanges information and receives emotional energy.
Let's consider what all this means. Water has memory, it can receive and send signals and we are made up of over 70% of it. We also know that electromagnetic information can be transmitted and recalled from water. We know that space has electromagnetic fields and the earth has its own EM field. Like whale song on a cosmic scale everything in our universe sings its own song. It would be reasonable to think that we are tuned into almost everything on this planet just within the paradigm of water alone and maybe far beyond.
Consider for a moment the idea of energy being information. Structure is vibrational energy information. We may see it as bonding on a molecular level but information has to exist by some means before it is arranged into structure. Light is energy and what you see when looking at something, its shape, color, and mass, is its information brought to you through light. Today we use Light in fiber optics to transmit information faster and more efficient than through wire.
Sound is also information, and like light we can think of this information as the past because by the time we experience it it has already happened. If I play a song on my guitar you will receive more than just sound, you will experience the information of the movement of my hands, the picking of the strings, the holding or deadening of a note, the mixing of tones, and the harmonics in that music. You will experience information with your ears and other parts of your body that surpasses just those things.
You will experience my actions as I play the song, you experience what I'm feeling within it, my breathing, my thinking, and all the other actions I used to make the music. This has to be true because if I did not take those actions the song would not have been played. That specific music and its information would have never been sent without all of the actions I took to make it. This information was stored and transmitted within the sound energy but also through the vibrational energy of my body. The song was a potential song before I played it.
Where was the information of sound before I played it? Where did it exist before that moment? Was it sound potential, if so there has to be a source of this potential, as with any potential it has to be formed from something that pre-existed.
Did I make up the sound or did it exist before I played it? I did not create sound we all should understand this so consider this as it relates to all we have learned as a civilization. We did not create anything, if it was capable of being true in the first place than it existed before we thought of it and therefore it was a discovery.
There is also input coming from energy information outside of our thoughts and this has an effect on what we consider structure, reality, and consciousness. We as living, thinking beings also produce thought energy that structures and organizes. A thought itself is organized energy, so I find it difficult to separate other living things on our earth, and our universe when considering consciousness and how information energy connects us and speaks to us.
All matter may contribute to this universal communication. All things contain and transfer energy and we already know our bodies and our mind react to energy. Every plant, animal, and thing, is energy, we ourselves vibrate at specific frequencies, as do all other things. How then can we discount the interaction with matter in the universe as unimportant or unconnected. The entire universe gives off differing forms energy from sound vibration to light. We are receptors as much as transmitters of this energy.
That which is greater

Our existence, it appears to us, starts when we are born. We learn, grow and move in and out of different phases. We are told a conception of God and we read about it in the pages of whatever religion we were brought up believing but is that all God is? Maybe your concept of God isn't a being in heaven, or a state of the universe, or any other well understood idea. Your idea of God may be nature, science, or even man himself, and yet I contend they are all parts of the same thing.
Is everything God is and was in any book? If it were would you know it, would you be able to peel away the layers to see clearly enough to understand all of God, know all that God knows, understand all that Gods is? I do not claim to have all the answers but I do not think it possible to fully define God.
Are not all things of creation an expression of creation itself? I don't know if the word God is broad enough. My very use of the term seems to limit the entirety of such a being by my limited understanding of the word. I can't nearly grasp such a mind, such love in its entirety but I believe it is in the faces of others and the connected love we share where our creator’s essence can be found.
It is not in reaching outward to heaven that we find our creator, the source of life. It is within life, within us, that we connect to God, and it is our inward and outward Love towards ourselves and others that we gain connection and develop a deeper understanding of who and what God really is. What you name a self-devised concept of creation is irrelevant to its existence, it’s nature, or its designs. It is in love though service to others that we rid ourselves of isolation and become part of the great creator.
Learning to be less about self by becoming one with our creator is the higher goal, the bigger lesson, the real purpose of existence. If you are seeking the face of God, look in the mirror, look at your neighbor, look at the people you work with, look around, His face is everywhere, in all people. He can be felt in every living thing including the light on your face and the water you drink. There is no one name that can encompass the creator of life, and there is no limit to where he can be found.
He resides everywhere and Love, true love, is what describes Him best if one tries. We can utterly change our world by changing ourselves. Our positive energy can alter lives and enlighten worlds. I believe water teaches us that we can change the world one molecule at a time. It shows us that a lesser amount of love can still overcome a greater amount of fear, anger, hate, and other negatives that permeate this world. This may sound a lot like the many expressions we have all heard in the past but I hope to show you why this is not just an expression but a function that is built into the fabric of creation. I believe it is part of consciousness itself, and that love can change everything.
What do I really want, more world, more money, more friends, a nicer home, a beautiful wife, to be a better father? I can now tell you what I want. I want Gods will, I want whatever it is God wants, nothing more, nothing less because nothing I wanted has ever made me happy long enough to count for anything.
Time

I define time as "the ordered substance of momentum and distance". If we consider time in the abstract we can think of all matter as a forward projection of energy, it is energy or potential energy in motion where motion is a constant. We are never in the past nor do we ever really experience the present, we are always in motion. The very moment you consider the present it has already occurred. If you walk into your kitchen and turn on the light what you see has already happened before the light reaches your eyes. The floor you stepped on moved in space before your foot hit the ground. The past and the present are both results of motion and do not really exist relative to reality except as distance.
This then begs the question, why do we remember a past that essentially did not exist, where does this memory actually come from? Everything is in motion, (mass, energy and velocity) momentum is directly correlated to time, as we go faster, time goes slower relative to the observer, this is referred to as relativistic time dilation. This means that as I approach the speed of light my mass increases and time slows relative to someone moving at a different speed.
This seems counter-intuitive considering we often rush to the office or to an appointment in order to make-up time but in this context the only moment in which "time" is actually stationary, or no longer in motion is at the speed of light. So, in a way, "Time" is the opposite of motion and means we are recalling our present experiences as a re-constructed reality outside of the system of time and motion. Our consciousness has no mass and works outside of the function of time because it is able to recall the past as it's perceived present. We could then arguably contend the definition of time, in the context of consciousness, is the ordered substance of distance absent velocity. We live our lives in the past yet never experience the past, all the while we are projecting into the future.
We orbit the sun going approximately 67,000 mph, the surface of the earth at the equator moves at about 1,000 miles per hour and our entire solar system is traveling through space at an average speed of about 514,000 mph. Nothing in the universe is standing still, it is all in motion and this is why I correlate time to momentum and distance. In the context of this discussion I also refer to distance as a moment in the past or a specific time in the future. Even if time is infinite we need the function of distance to come to that conclusion.
To expound on this idea let's take a single moment in time, a memory. If you replay a memory in your mind, you replay a moment you experienced in time, however as that moment actually happened in your subjective reality, it happened as time in motion relative to distance. This is profound in that we actually perceive the present as entanglement outside of velocity. This is arguably true because the present happened before we experienced it and thus we only perceive the experience in real time, in the context of thought, as a memory.
Time and motion are a clue to understanding the nature of consciousness and its connection to our perceived reality. As fast as the mind is it can never experience anything in the "true present", it perceives the present from the past which in abstract suggests our perception of the present is faster than light because it goes backward in time to fill it in. This suggests that our consciousness is outside of velocity, distance, and thus time.
If our perceived present is a constructed reality then we are accessing this information through consciousness. This means that the information had to be retrieved outside of time from somewhere.
Even as I think about time it has past. Our bodies are structures of time. Our metabolism, heart, brain, the electric current we produce, the spin of the electrons, and even the speed of the light we produce inside of ourselves are all in motion and part of the chronology of time as we understand it. Our blood moves through our veins, we digest food and our bodies use this food to produce energy, we age, all of which are within the function of time as we understand it.
The paradox of time is momentum. Einstein's theory of relativity says that the faster we approach the speed of light the slower time passes relative to someone going a different speed.
If we are experiencing the universe through consciousness outside of time through entanglement it could explain why a particle wave function appears to collapse when measured. Once we apply time to the function through consciousness it will act as if in a single state outside of superposition, in effect containing it to a moment in time.
Our physical body processes are part of the motion of time but the part of us acting at the quantum level may not be. I believe that consciousness is a natural entanglement function that is outside the motion of time, this also may apply to other connections we have with the universe.
Our thinking is the internal processing of inward and outward information. Thinking is not consciousness in and of itself, it is the part of the system that we use to process and understand it.
If our bodies are connected within the substance of time and entangled space which consists of energy, momentum, mass, and force as Einstein suggests, then consider our subsequent connections to other life, water, light, atmosphere, and even elements such as Oxygen, Hydrogen, Helium, and Carbon Dioxide. This in turn may help us to consider how something like love or even a small kindness could ripple through the entire universe and illustrate how the future could affect the past and the past can affect the future.

"Recently, it has been shown that the massless quantum vacuum state contains entanglement between timelike separated regions of spacetime, in addition to the entanglement between the spacelike separated regions usually considered. Here, we show that timelike entanglement can be extracted from the Minkowski vacuum and converted into ordinary entanglement between two inertial, two-state detectors at the same spatial location -- one coupled to the field in the past and the other coupled to the field in the future. The procedure used here demonstrates a clear time correlation as a requirement for extraction, e.g. if the past detector was active at a quarter to 12:00, then the future detector must wait to become active at precisely a quarter past 12:00 in order to achieve entanglement."
If we are connected both inside and outside of the aspect of time. It may be orientated toward a related system within its specific circuit of systems that ultimately connect all systems and thus all things.
The function of time may be part of the fractal geometry of creation and is regulated in a fashion by the function of the system it applies to. Just because we can pontificate that time does not exist or is an illusion, does not mean that in a practical since we are not functioning within its domain. The concept of E8 may apply here as geometric pattern of inner connected systems.

If the below findings are correct than consciousness is a complete version of thought itself, therefore it existed outside of the domain of time and this because it existed before we brought it to a complete realized thought. It was already present before we understood it to exist.
This was written about in a very interesting study by Dirk K. F. Meijer and J. H. Geesink.

Light is energy information and as it travels we tend to think of it as carrying the information of the past but it may not be a true measure of time in the abstract because it may carry the present or even the future relative to what might be considered an absence of velocity at the quantum level. (I use velocity to illustrate linear chronology)
I am not arguing the point because what I contend is, how we understand the concept of the past, present, and future is completely dependent upon how we understand and measure time in the first place. It is dependent upon the premise that we understand what reality is within the context of our existence and its relation to time. If our understanding of time is relative to our speed then we can certainly contend that time is not consistent throughout the universe.
Light is EM vibrational energy information and this means all light we see coming from space is transmitted energy. We may not understand all the implications of EM energy even within the currently understood spectrum. We may be experiencing light energy in other ways besides our eyes.
We do not actually see anything in the way we think of as sight. We experience light as sight in a specific frequency range of electromagnetic energy. This energy travels to the receptors in our eyes and its information is translated in the mind to what we think of as sight.

In this way the eyes could be considered as an antenna designed to receive a specific range of EM energy information and transmit this energy information to the brain. What if our eyes also processed energy in differing wave lengths in more than one way, for more than one purpose? This may or may not happen but the very process of us extracting images within our mind by translating information from light energy is astounding in the extreme. It seems very likely that this isn’t the only place our bodies are receiving information. It makes you wonder if our eyes may also be transmitting information of a similar type, as well as receiving it. If you add the prospect of mind, body, and quantum processes we would seem to be ourselves living energy that act as capacitors, receivers, and transmitters of moving energy information.
The very idea that we are filtering energy in and out of our system while functioning within consciousness makes us as people far more than isolated energy structures. This defines our structure as directly connected to all things as energy itself, which in turns makes vibrational energy, matter.
So, what are we actually seeing? If we are not really seeing images as images but as transmitted energy, then we are translating vibrational energy information into the images. This suggests a conscious connection to matter itself by the very nature of how we interpret its energy as sight. Matter is energy and our eyes are simply interpreting it as a state or fluctuation of energy through light. If we think deeply on this, the concept becomes relevant to what we perceive as reality and how we understand the concept of energy density.

Pain in living
Ideas can be the most dangerous thing in the world, they can manifest into discovery or become traps we need centuries to escape.
I struggled for many years in the hope I could somehow be free. I wanted to be free from not only my need to mask feelings but also the system I was living in. The confinement of a rigged system that was in truth a prison. I never saw it that way at the time. I never viewed my desire to used drugs or alcohol as a temporary fix for my discontent with the world and myself. I saw it as a social necessity, a means of having fun or just feeling good. It was my artificial version of joy.
I wasn't who and what I wanted to be living in a place I felt very alien to, this is still true to a degree. The main concept of who I wanted to be came from outside of myself. It was a dream I picked up from lies society was telling me about what would make me happy, what would make me fit in. It was the false idea that if I someday made it big or became important in the eyes of others I would love myself, I would be happy. It was a hope that I would finally be a part of everything I felt so isolated from but those failures only re-enforced my lonely isolation.
Having everything still offers nothing if you have nothing left to give. I tried so hard to keep it all together, I made good money and managed to support a family for 25 years before that too ended. I had nothing left to give so I lost everything I had worth losing. I remember walking into my house one day and was overwhelmed by a feeling of not being in the right place. It was as if I had walked out of another dimension into the wrong living room. This had nothing to do with me caring for my family, I adored them. This was an unexplainable moment that occurred without warning but it illustrates how I felt almost all the time to a lesser degree.
I realize this all sounds drastic and I assure you I felt emotional pain that I cannot give comparison to. I have always struggled with self-worth on some level and this felt like the final straw. How could I go on? I lost so much and had gone through so much, the pain I felt was unbearable. I could not over-come my guilt and shame partly because I felt I deserved it.
I looked back at my life in that moment and the regret and pain was more than I thought I could take. I would wake many nights in fear and I digressed into great depression. I would drink and drug myself into oblivion just to gain a moments peace, a few hours without the pain but even that stopped working. This isn't a story of addiction this is a story of my particular way of dealing with the pain of life and the answers I was missing, the answers I have always been seeking and not knowing why. This is a story of my mission, of me seeking out my purpose for being here. I hate feeling less than and knowing inside this isn’t true but not understanding why.
The universe has such symmetry and this is sometimes mistakenly experienced as irony but it is much more than that. One of the reasons I may have disconnected was my propensity to see those things in others that remind me of what I do not like in myself. I have never been able to understand this very well until I began to understand that through a greater conscious connection those people are part of me, and I am part of them, and we all exist as parts of the same aware universe experiencing itself through our unique lives as we grow.
We use it's many parts in differing combinations to create but it all comes from the same source. This is not a challenge to anyone’s faith, on the contrary, what else but a greater aspect of creation would be able to design and maintain such an amazingly perfect system that self sustains and allows us to expand from within, as we expand outward. The very fact that we have the ability to consider such possibilities would imply that we are meant to discover, grow, and learn, learn how to Love.
We all live as more than one personality, who is good all the time? Who feels the same every day? We are more than the sum of all our personality traits, even as they change. The inner-self through what is greater is the real you. We are not a one-dimensional cartoon acting his or her life out on a two-dimensional screen with no connection to the rest of the room. We are also more than the sum of the events in our life and more than the value we attach to who we think we are. We are connected and more than the sum of our individual parts.
So, what makes a life worth living? is it money? Is it a home? is it your dog? Is it a career? We are more than a speck on a spinning ball surrounded by trillions of years of space. Our entire world and civilization is a small ripple in the course of space and time but it may be that life, yours included, is in part, what holds this entire cosmic thing together.
It isn't self-worth I should be seeking because that should not have been in question, it is peace with who I really am, and that peace only exists within my own heart as I align who I perceive I am outwardly, with who I really am on the inside. Fear is the enemy of that peace.

Empathic

In the paper, "Empathy Circuits," written by Haakon G Engen and Tania Singer, they define empathy as "the process by which an individual infers the affective state of another by generating an isomorphic affective state in the self, while retaining knowledge that the cause of the affective state is the other." Why does our decision to feel empathy occur? What purpose does it serve? We know at some level we feel this phenomenon, especially for those we love. Would it matter at what level we experience it or how many people feel empathy for someone at the same time?
It is easy to understand empathy when someone you love is going through pain. We react to their suffering by feeling and thus sharing part of their experience. The above study looks at the research of the "interplay neural networks underlying the representation, generation, and regulation of empathy." It identifies areas of the brain that seem to correspond to empathy. My interest in this regard has more to do with empathic communication and transmission of emotional information at a distance.
Other research done at Busque research center used Electro encephalopathy to show that as people conversed their brains can become synchronized. The researchers later found that they could tell who was talking to whom by looking at brain patterns. This may suggest that some form of connectivity or unknown communication occurs as we engage. It offers a possible hint that some sort of connection exists outside of our basic understanding of how information is transmitted.
The study goes further by suggesting we begin to mimic the brain patterns of each other. If it is possible that a mother can feel something is wrong with a child seemly out of the blue, this may be part of the reason. It would also seem likely that family members may be more likely to share entangled particles within cells or DNA by genetic transfer. There is also evidence that even beyond inherited genetic traits living cells of other unique beings can migrate to other people. Below are some excerpts from a relevant study.

If we also then consider the topic of water structuring we begin to grasp how these connections become more interwoven with each other. Our cells are made of mostly water and water receives and transmits emotional energy as well as remembers!
A study by Sir Rudolf Peters, previously a professor at Oxford, but at the time working at Cambridge, was done when a colleague of his, Dr. E.G. Recordon an ophthalmologist, told him about a boy whom he was treating.
The young boy was severely disabled. He was almost completely blind as well as mentally handicapped. While giving the child a standard eye test he was shocked to find that the boy could read all the letters on the eye test when he knew there should be no way the child should be able to see them clearly. When the mother was asked to leave the room however, the boy could no longer read the letters.
This was so profound that he and Sir Rudolf Peters began to set up tests. The first test was with the boy and his mother separated by a screen. They showed the mother letters and numbers and the boy could tell them what the mother saw. They tried a similar experiment over the telephone and again the boy could recall what the mother saw more than 38% of the time, which considering the test size of over one hundred trials, was very significant. The child should have been able to guess, at best, one in twenty, or about 4% of the time.
It may be possible that living cells of other distinct people in our brains have more than one important function. A good indication is that "these cells were less common in the brains of women who had Alzheimer’s disease, suggesting they may be related to the health of the brain" -Robert Martone. Water in the cells may have facilitated communication in this telepathic type ability. It could also be a result of some reorganized or heightened quantum process occurring as the boy’s body attempted to make up for his disability’s."
Most of us have had the experience of feeling we were being watched. Brain synchronization does not seem to account for a person sensing this. It may be possible that the opposite is occurring. The brain patterns of a person being stared at may become disrupted in some way. In either case it may be possible that we are interacting through an EM process via the highly changed vibrational space within us or surrounding us. We believe these vacuum energy fluctuations exists because energy fluctuations have been measured using what is known as a Planck length.

The very space around us, and in us, is highly charged vibrational energy so It doesn't seem a far stretch to think this energy is preforming multiple functions we do not understand yet. I highly doubt it exists without being part of multiple systems within creation.
The idea that everything seems to be electromagnetic in nature should give us plenty of hints that if EM radio waves can be used to transmit music to your car receiver, your brain or consciousness as the case may be, may also be able to extract informational energy through the highly energetic vacuum fluctuations within your atoms. Furthermore, while we have defined the extent of what we consider the EM spectrum to be, this spectrum may actually exist well beyond what we have been able to measure.
An experiment done by Greg Gage showed that a similar process to thinking occurs in plants. Electrical impulses in a Venus Fly Trap transmit through one of the three hair-like fibers in the trap area of the plant that signal it to close. What's even more interesting is the Fly Trap can count by processing the passage of time. If you trigger a hair one time it will not close, however, if you trigger the hair again within 20 seconds of the first, the trap will close. It is unlikely the plant has a brain but instead may possess a sort of consciousness through a quantum process.
These electrical impulses also occur within the Mimosa Pudica plant. If you touch it will close, if you tap it the branch or shoot will droop as if playing dead. This plant was hooked up to a machine like an EKG making it possible to see the electrical impulse as it was sent to the branch. The plant's reaction was akin to us thinking about moving our arm out of the path of a bus, then using our muscles to move it, the plant instead released stored water which made the limb droop.
The Venus Fly trap was wired to the Mimosa plant and the Fly trap was triggered. The Mimosa reacted as if you had hit it. An electrical impulse triggered it but did so from another plant. The Mimosa was never touched. Electrically charged particles or Ions are bombarding us from space all the time. We are almost entirely an electrical system with regards to brain function. Our bodies engine is not the heart, it is electricity. It is chemically created electrical impulses that make the heart pump.
If empathic communication exists could its root information source be a part of intelligence, or part of the consciousness of a living thing? Could energy somehow imprint information to us or trigger pre-existing information from within us? I believe this may be a sort of exchange that joins information from within the fractal nature of things. While we may have access to, or possibly already be equipped with information, it may be that it is activated as needed within the context of use from outside of us and in conjunction with what already exists within us.
If this is possible how would we then re-adjust our measurement of intelligence, or our understanding of life? Would we reconsider our idea of sentient, or consciously aware? I feel almost everything is alive and aware at differing levels within consciousness. If consciousness exists outside of basic thinking at any level at all, then perhaps it would be wise to consider that some form of energy exchange among almost all things is possible. We know this applies to other known senses as it pertains to information and communication.
Does specific energy information effect quantum particles it comes in contact in differing ways? Is it possible that the energy information traveling through space is exposing particles to information and energizing them into a sort of fabric of information? It may have an interwoven positive attraction to other information, thought, or feelings. Let us speculate a moment and say that thought energy creates a memory data file and the brain EM transmission / reception response produces a connection. Then the transference of this unseen thought energy might be part of a larger whole or circuit, a more-complete package of data being recorded and transfer to multiple places in multiple ways.
We already use multiple ways to transfer and receive information with our known senses by simultaneously using them when communicating. These sensory queues represent multiple sources of information/communication at the same time, and we internalize all of them. One source with our eyes, another with our ears, nose, etc. If the person you are speaking with smells bad, you acquire information using your nose. Information can be decoded, or coded as the case may be, into question form. I would ask why does this guy smell bad? This would cause me to evaluate the situation and the person more closely. The bad smell leads to more important questions and sources of additional information.
We must then ask, what are the reasons most of us, often unknowingly, seek out and absorb so many layers of information? One reason we use this multi-layered gathering system is to determine if another person is telling us the truth. We automatically seek out the intentions of others and deceit is a very strong indicator for us to be on guard. It is clear that we use a multitude of methods in order to gather as much information as we can, especially when interacting with someone or something we are not familiar with. It is no great mystery that much of this can be attributed to our basic survival instinct. We automatically acquire multiple sources of information without really thinking about it. This leads to the idea that we may have also developed quantum skills through consciousness for the purpose of gathering additional information.
It has been shown in some studies that we have may have developed an unrealized ability to sense our environment from outside of normal means with a sort of telepathy. We see animals in the wild do this and this process may be a quantum means to gain a competitive advantage similar to quantum functions found in plants.
Consciousness
There is an odd thing that seems to happen with our civilization. We tend to spontaneously change, learn, grow and discover at relatively the same time. There is a phenomenon called simultaneous invention or multiple discovery that has happened throughout history and documented long before telephones. This occurs when the same discovery happens by different researchers at the same time.
This may seem easily explained in today’s modern communication age but it has been happening for a long time. Some of the more famous examples include "Calculus" by both Isaac Newton and Gottfried Wilhelm Leibniz. The discovery of oxygen by Carl Wilhelm Scheele, Joseph Priestley and Antoine Lavoisier, and the theory of evolution was simultaneously theorized by Charles Darwin and Alfred Russel Wallace. Multiple discovery is not reserved to these few famous examples.
Robert K. Merton the very well respected American sociologist who introduced concepts such as self-fulfilling prophecy and unintended consequences, believed that multiple discovery is a common pattern, the norm not the expectation.
Our society has many examples throughout history of seemingly random and sudden shifts in how we behave, dress, and the names we give our children. We know some of this is due to obvious social interactions, so I am not discounting that information and ideas travel and propagate but this does not explain the phenomena fully.
It isn't just that we turn a specific social direction at the same time, it is also the speed at which change occurs, and the complexity of similarities. This phenomenon is much like the Mandelbrot set in that people seem to orientate within a set of specific number groups (actions) that create predictable patterns of behavior. It is as if we remain bound to a circular state.
Roger Penrose describes the Mandelbrot set in a mathematical context "if we do this with certain choices of the given complex number c, the sequence of numbers that we get in this way never wanders very far from the origin in the Argand plane; more precisely, the sequence remains bounded for such choices of c which is to say that every member of the sequence lies within some fixed circle centered at the origin"
“Is mathematics invention or discovery? When mathematicians come upon their results are they just producing elaborate mental constructions which have no actual reality, but whose power and elegance is sufficient simply to fool even their inventors into believing that these mere mental constructions are ‘real’? Or are mathematicians really uncovering truths which are, in fact, already ‘there’– truths whose existence is quite independent of the mathematicians’ activities?"
The idea is that if someone discovers something that is already a part of a greater process, they could not have invented it because it had to pre-exist in order for it to work in the first place. Man-made invention leads to nothing, while discovery leads to a continuation of something connected and thus pre-existed before we thought of it. Did we invent electricity? It existed and we discovered it. One may contend that we invented the light bulb but what use would it be without electricity? The fact that the light bulb works with electricity does not make it an invention because there are only certain things that will work with electricity to produce light in the manner we use it. It would be saying that in the entire history of the earth electricity never cause a filament to shine light.
For a computer to work we had to discover, electricity, circuits, etc. more importantly the math that makes the language it uses to operate. We did not invent the idea of numbers and even the specific binary code existed as numbers before we arranged them into a language. The arrangement of functions within creation is not invention.
In the study by Dirk K. F. Meijer and Hans J. H. Geesink it suggests that consciousness does not vary in size or complexity as it reaches the level of thought. They were able to show the inter-play between light and sound as having a direct effect on the organization of intra-cellular systems as it relates to thought".
They believe that it is not only from the inside that we become thinking conscious beings but that outer light and vibrational energy come together in the brain to create the center concept of consciousness. What's more, thought was previously believed to scale up in complexity until it became understood as thought but they found that even at the smallest scale thought is as complex as it is once realized. This would indicate that thought existed before it becomes expressed.
A fractal is a complete division of itself. If You take a geometric pattern for example and keep making the same pattern inside of it, and do it again and again, repeating the process to infinity you are making a complete copy of the pattern but just at a smaller and smaller scale.
It is a pattern that contains the same properties of the larger whole but is reproduced over and over at smaller or larger scales. This is important because specific geometric patterns are present in biology and all throughout nature. Geometry is present in systems large and small and may play a role in how these different systems communicate or function together.
In the science of brain mapping, it is thought that by mapping every neuron, and synaptic connection in the brain and inputting the data into a computer we would be in essence transferring consciousness into a computer. This was attempted with a worm. They transferred all of the mapped out electrical impulses (302 neurons, 5000-7000 synapses) and other brain processes into a computer. When they activated the computer worm it did nothing. So, what was missing? Even a single-celled Paramecium that doesn't have synapsis, moves, avoids predators, finds food, and mates. What these Paramecium do have are microtubules.
It is believed that we learn by coded proteins called Tau acting on microtubules. The Tau act as traffic signals for Kinesin and Dynein’s which are delivering their particular cargo by traveling up and down these microtubules. This is synaptic elasticity and consider by most neuroscientist as learning. When microtubules began to disintegrate the Tau falls off and we equate this to Alzheimer’s disease.
It is also believed that consciousness, in its basic form, is on the third wave of the brain and this is where, and only where Anastasia works to remove the patient from consciousness. I say basic because we are only talking about brain function. That is an over simplified version of this, however none of it explains the harder questions inherent in consciousness itself, such as love, joy, sadness, art, or imagination. It doesn't account for the many facets of self we experience.
The research done by Stuart Hameroff and Roger Penrose may shed light on some of the “hard problems”.

The particular characteristics of microtubules suitable for quantum effects include their crystal-like lattice structure, hollow inner core, organization of cell function and capacity for information processing. Discovery of quantum vibrations in 'microtubules' inside brain neurons supports controversial theory of consciousness
"A review and update of a controversial 20-year-old theory of consciousness claims that consciousness derives from deeper level, finer scale activities inside brain neurons. The recent discovery of quantum vibrations in "microtubules" inside brain neurons corroborates this theory, according to review authors. They suggest that EEG rhythms (brain waves) also derive from deeper level microtubule vibrations, and that from a practical standpoint, treating brain microtubule vibrations could benefit a host of mental, neurological, and cognitive conditions."
"A research team led by Anirban Bandyopadhyay – a preeminent researcher in the quantum science of biology – has demonstrated high temperature quantum mechanical vibrations in brain neurons. The research, undertaken at the National Institute of Material Sciences in Tsukuba, Japan, found how the high frequency oscillation of microtubules - measured at one million cycles per second in this case (one megahertz – 1MHz oscillation of electrical dipole moments of free electrons and conformational switching), cause wave interference that may give rise to the characteristic shape of the electrical oscillations of the brain that are correlated with conscious awareness, specifically a new kind of electroencephalographic signal (EEG) of 40 Hz / 4 Hz nested gestalts (gamma and delta oscillations, respectively), referred to as" “beat frequencies”.
So, what does all this mean? How does this connect to our world and our lives? The idea our consciousness in part may exist outside of the brain gives us insight to better understand that we are part of something more. We are more than what we think of as ourselves, we are interconnected with other life. Our consciousness may be a combined information source and as such function at least in part within a consensus reality.
Where do our stray thoughts come from? Are they a product of our brain processing subconscious information or is the subconscious actually part of an external stream of information? Like picking up a stray signal on the radio. It could be that we are exchanging signals within our consciousness as we experience life. It would reason that information transfer of differing types is more common than we may believe, and as more people think or feel in similar ways it could change our reality. Dr. Roger Penrose wrote in his book the "Emperors new mind", that your choices are influenced by Platonic Values' embedded in space-time geometry.”
In a paper by Nassium Haramain entitled "The Schwarzschild Proton" he contends that the space within a proton is essentially a singularity when compared to the Schwarzschild condition for a blackhole.
“We review our model of a proton that obeys the Schwarzschild condition. We find that only a very small percentage (~10-39%) of the vacuum fluctuations available within a proton volume need be cohered and converted to mass-energy in order for the proton to meet the Schwarzschild condition.”
Penrose suggests that between the less predictable world of Quantum mechanics and the more predictable classical there is a gap. We cannot quantify all processes on a strictly computational level. Penrose approached this subject by arguing that AI cannot replace the intuition and intuitive nature of the brain. Penrose also showed that there is a very well-established principle that a conscience-mind thinks outside of what is computable. He argues that there simply isn't a way to account for this non-computability that occurs between the quantum level and the macro level.
I am suggesting that we have a connection to the universe in a far more direct way than ever considered within mainstream academia. It is akin to scientific heresy to suggest that our very ability to perceive new ideas and exist as conscious beings may not be totally within the domain of our own minds.
I find it laughable that science can except the crazy unpredictability of quantum mechanics and its overt departure from classical physics yet reject the idea that some outside source of consciousness can interact with life on a universal level.
In biology something has to contain at least one cell to be considered alive but what if that isn't so? What if non-cellular matter could exist as a state of living energy and thus communicate within the systems it is connected to. In other words, particles at the quantum level that make up a rock are not different than particles that make up other living matter. They are both made up of atoms and could be connected with the universe within a subatomic system or geometry of entanglement. It may be in biology that we find the answers that unify all the forces of nature.
I have watch my dog “Smalls” dream. While fully asleep he becomes animated, starts to bark, and moves his little legs as if running. He is experiencing himself as himself in his dream. It may even be possible that he considers the future. It is typically thought that humans are the only species on the planet that consider the future but that seems a bit presumptuous considering your dog usually knows what time you are going to feed him. The conditioned response of Pavlov’s dogs exhibits an understanding of both past feedings and future feedings the bell represented, how else would it be possible they were conditioned?
The grief felt at the loss of a loved one is a projection into the future, otherwise we would have little to grieve, we would only remember. It isn’t remembering someone that causes you to grieve them, it is projecting forward at life without them that causes the grief, and we have a lot of evidence that animals grieve loss. My dog Smalls will sometime howl for hours when I leave the house. It is hard to deny that elephants, among many other species of animal don’t grieve the loss of one of their family.

I realize it may seem like a stretch to advance the idea of time-projection for my dog but if a dog has a memory it seems self-evident that within his understood reality there is a mechanism to project forward as well.
The level we are connected to a person or animal through love may determine the level of entanglement at the quantum level. The memory of a deceased loved one, including pets may fade but some form of entanglement based off of the love you shared, may still connect you beyond the grave.
Studies show that dogs know when their owners are coming home. It is believed that a dog knows when it’s owner "thinks" about coming home. Videos tests have shown that once the owner decides he or she was coming home the dog would go and wait by the door or window. The owner could be many miles away or not even in the car yet. This too suggests possible future-projection based on anticipation. Why would the dog get excited and go to the window if it wasn’t looking forward to seeing a family member? The mind is such a mystery, combined this with the aspect of a greater universe connected and it makes what we think we know seem small indeed.
Love

What is Love, Is it a feeling or an action, or both? Does it mean loving other people or does love include creation? Is loving your pet as important as loving another person, is it the same love? When we consider love we all have differing views of what it really means, what it is supposed to be, and how it is or should be expressed. We sometimes hear people say, I love them but I don't like them.
Love is a positive connection to creation. From love we have creation, and within creation we have consciousness, and in consciousness we have self, and as aware conscious beings we have connections, and these connections are thus interwoven with creation. It could just as well be said that in love all things were created and you being part of creation are connected to it and therefore you are connected to all things by love.
If we look at it from a logical view point we have to agree, at least to some extent that all forms of life love life to survive. Even single cell organisms mate but consider other animals as they birth and care for their young. It is very hard to discount that mothers of just about every species on the planet love their young, including insects and fish. We may call this instinct but that only strengths the point. Some mothers don't eat until done taking care of their babies, some mothers even give their bodies as food as her last act in life. This more than suggests that love is built into instinct and thus woven into the geometry of creation itself. If love is an action this would certainly qualify as a loving action. This also suggests the mother felt something very strong or what would have compelled her to make such a sacrifice? This may again be written off as instinct but having instinct does not make the insect a robot, some strong function within the paradigm of instinct had to do the compelling.
It is hard to imagine love as being a living thing but that is exactly what love is. It is not an inanimate feeling or emotion, love is the very essence of all creation and therefore it is at the core of our perceived reality and central in our higher conscious self’s.
All of us have the entirety of love within us but we must experience life’s challenges to increase our understanding of it, to learn how and where to find it. Learning the many facets of a connected-love is our purpose but its tributaries take many differnt paths to the river. Understanding a greater purpose does not mean we are sure of what route to take to get there.
In each life a different route is traveled and it is sometimes in the struggles that we figure out which direction to take. Learning about ourselves is key to understanding the bigger picture of creation and our place in it. Even loving our water and the air we breathe can have profound implications for the journey. No matter the life, they are all important in some way. It is as if we are put here to figure out how to be who we really are inside, and for that inside and outside person to grow together as we connect to that which is greater. At moments we move away from it in fear, anger, or selfishness but over time we find it again.
This all goes back to a question I asked earlier. If the world ended tomorrow what would everything you have been through, experienced, cried over, laughed about, worked for, matter? What would truly matter? What would you take away from your experience of life if you were able to look back at it from an outside vantage point? Would the work you did matter? Would the car you drove, or the cloths you wore, matter? Would you agonize over your failures or see them for what they were, what they are?
The things that matter would be how much you were able to experience love, inside and out. The connections you shared with others. The person you really are on the inside and the lessons you learned that helped you connect to that person. The person you are on the inside teaches you what love really is. This is because it is directly connected to creation itself. We are all part of God and fractals of creation but as individuals with free will we have separated ourselves from what we truly are on the inside, and now we have to work to fully live up to who we know we are.
Some outwardly express the inner self better than others and some love themselves better than others on the inside. Being a good person on the outside doesn't always mean you feel that way on the inside, yet the real inside you, the one you strive to be, is more perfect than its outside reflection.
I can't imagine what makes a person truly complete but I doubt it happens without help and a lot of hard lessons. I know for me it has taken some very difficult and sometimes heart-breaking moments to see the truth of myself. There is the me who acts out of anger and pride and there is the inner me who tells me I acted stupid. As I work on myself in this light the time-lapse has grown shorter between this inner and outer conversation, and a consensus action is happening closer to real time. I am still far from being able to truly reflect my inner self outwardly but recognizing it and attempting to do so is a great step.
It feels presumptuous of me to write a chapter on love considering all my failures in life. It is understandable I feel this way but it is not the worldly version of success that I learned important lessons about love. It was in utter failure that I was faced with the need to honestly look for the truth, otherwise I never would have.
God is one, yet he is many, He is in the face of your friends, family and neighbors, yet he is Smaller still in the molecules and atoms that make up your very cells. He is even the water in your body. God is all life, all matter, at the largest and smallest of levels, and this still does not even scratch the surface of who and how amazing He is. How you define God does not change who or what IT is. Thinking of God as the human spirit doesn't limit His ability to Love you or to be God, even within the means that you understand or define Him. If you see God as the wonders of the universe through science, in the joy you get as you discover how amazing our universe is, this is still the same God, the source of life, the grass under your feet, the sun on your face, our spinning planet and galaxies far away. God is all of it from dust to stars and no single definition can possibly define who and what God truly is but if you were to try the definition that fits best is unconditional Love.
I no longer want to consider who people really are by their actions alone because that isn't necessarily who they are on the inside, if this is true then apply it to yourself. Do all of the ill-considered actions in your life define who you are? If I was to take all of my very best actions and review them in the honest light of my motives, even those actions would not hold up to who and what I want to be, which is who and what I really am.
If I compared my actions to who I really am on the inside I would fall short every time, and if that failure was my only measure of myself than I would never grow. I would be tethered to my greatest outward act. I believe this is because I would be defining myself by my failure and not by who I know I am on the inside, I would put a limit on what I can truly be. Even the very best of us would be made less by our own thinking simply because we would have to live under the dome of our best actions, which still fall woefully short.
Actions are very important but if we cannot hope for better based on who we want to be, who we really are inside, then we have far less chance of becoming that more complete person externally. Let me tell you who I am, the real me, and who I am still trying to show outwardly. I am very loving, so much so that it may be my most defining trait. I am kind, generous and I feel for others. I want to help everyone, I am humble, honest, and caring. I am forgiving, and not just for those I know but for those who have made terrible mistakes. I can understand the pain of remembered mistakes and I feel empathy. I live in peace, I express my purpose, I live without fear, I am free, I speak the truth, I learn and am wise, and I have a beautiful, joyful spirit. I may not be able to express this to others as well as I would like and I have in the past beat myself up for not being able to.
I have at times hated myself. I have gone through life trying to figure out what it all means, or mostly what it all means for me. This was the wrong question and therefore I kept coming up with the wrong answer. Money, security, happiness, love, all seem like worthy aspirations but in what context? Even the most virtuous ideal can be warped by self, by ego, and we never even know we are doing it. We usually don’t mean to. Love can be warped into lust, happiness into misery, ambition into greed, dreams into nightmares, good deeds into selfish acts, hopes into disappointment, joy into sorrow, aspirations into selfishness.
Showing how love connects us may be harder to do than simply showing how hate destroys us, because we already know this is true.
Fear
Why is fear often the driving force behind what we think and what we do? There are two main types of fear, one natural and the other not. If you face a hungry lion this would elicit a nature fear response but you worrying about your car note or what might happen if you are late to work, is not. One is real the other is a projection into the future. This second type of fear may be the most destructive force on the planet and is the most widely used method for manipulating the actions of people.
Fear is more than just a feeling we get inside ourselves. I think fear can be a transmitted emotion and is like a virus in that it uses others to reproduce. Fear is an emotion that is transmitted to you every day and it propagates, it spreads. If fearing something can change the outcome it will likely be for the worse not the better. Fear causes stress and stress produces chemicals in your body that only make matters worse. Projecting negative results is a good way of ending up with them.
I am trying to find the right words to express just how damaging fear is to us. We radiate this fear outward and it creates a cascading negative response in others. I realize this may sound hard to believe but if emotions can change the structure of water and you are made up of over 70% water what do you think fear is doing? I don't think water is the only method we can transfer emotional energy and affect a system.
If water has these properties it may be possible that they exist in other matter. We are not only receiving signals from outside of our body we are broadcasting them. Fear is a strong emotion and it sends out a strong signal. Joy exists in the absence of fear because it is fear that steals peace. We have all heard the phrase living in the moment but that is very hard to do, I know. We project the outcome of future events and because of fear we often project the outcome as a negative. We are directing and creating our own negative reality because of fear, and this fear is based on events that have not taken place yet.
Consider what we know about the of the past. Did your fears concerning the future manifest in the way you projected? The ones that did manifest may have done so because you had the fear in the first place. Fear manifests into jealousy, greed, lust, worry, addiction, and just about every other negative emotion you don't want. Those emotions can cause us to act in a way we don't want to act. It can drive us to respond negatively to the world in order to protect ourselves from imagined future events.
There is evidence to suggest that we may actually pass on persistent emotional traits to our children outside of our inherited DNA. If we fear all the time it may be possible to pass this on to our children. It can be learned of course and I think it goes without saying that a baby in the mother’s womb would feel that it's mother is under the stress of fear. It has been suggested in studies that cells themselves contain information, which incidentally are made up of mostly water. We have good evidence that living cells can be transferred from mother to infant during nursing.

"It is remarkable that it is so common for cells from one individual to integrate into the tissues of another distinct person. We are accustomed to thinking of ourselves as singular autonomous individuals, and these foreign cells seem to belie that notion, and suggest that most people carry remnants of other individuals. As remarkable as this may be, stunning results from a new study show that cells from other individuals are also found in the brain. In this study, male cells were found in the brains of women and had been living there, in some cases, for several decades."
According to the National Human Genome Research institute, we share approximately 60% of our DNA with a banana plant!
Purpose

Trying to figure out my purpose has mostly been an exercise in hoping to figure out what I want, not what I need. What I want is sometimes the opposite of what I really need. Being happy is often what I want but trying to be happy doing what I think makes me happy is not always what I need in order to actually achieve it.
If I associate self-gratification with joy, what does the idea of joy become for me, what do I understand to be? It becomes like a product I try to consume. I turn it into something it isn’t because joy is only experienced internally. I may be able to squeeze a few perceived moments of happiness out of something I consume externally but I never experience joy and the happiness doesn’t last.
The actions I take in order to be joyful are not always happy things in and of themselves. Taking care of a sick loved one isn't a happy activity, neither is digging a hole for a well to provide to a poor village. The digging may not be fun but the result may be joy.
Did I dig the well for the purpose of my own happiness, or did I dig the well because I honestly Loved others? This question gets at the core of self-understanding and the answer to this paradox is important. I have learned this is true partly by being selfish and then dealing with the conflict it created within myself.
We are all connected to all things and love is the key but what does one get from that? It sounds like just another saying or sentence that means very little in our day to day struggles. I can't speak for others but I think some experiences are common among us all, and many of the answers we are looking for are the same.
We just all arrive at them from our own life’s perspective. Like tributaries all taking different paths to the same river. My very conflict of purpose may well be the lesson I needed in over-coming the need for self-fulfillment, that desire to stand on the mountain top in victory. What I am learning is that Small things matter, they matter a great deal.
I have always felt I had a purpose here, something I was supposed to do. I have examined this and came to differing conclusions about it at different points in my growth. It was strong when I was young and I thought it meant I was going accomplish some great self-serving success. Later it became a source of embarrassment for me. I felt it grandiose thinking I created to boost low self-esteem. I don’t think either is correct, I believe I have a purpose although I still struggle with what it is.
We all have a purpose, mine just isn't anything like I imagined, it is far less assuming and still yet unfolding. It would be purpose enough to learn how to love others, and that is our greater purpose but to see that more clearly, I needed to learn what love really was, I needed to learn to love myself.
We often make the idea of love a cliché' and lose sight of its direct connection to all life and thus to creation itself. Love is like a filament woven throughout the universe connecting everything. Like the brain, electric impulses connect all things as thought, but it is Love that is consciousness.
I have always been driven by a purpose I am supposed to fulfill. I applied it to meeting a mate, I applied it to making money and being a success, and I applied it to imagination. I dreamed a lot and was good at it, still am. I doubt I am special in this regard because I think we all dream very well but it is what I dreamed that often defined my direction in life. I dreamed of being a rock star so I spent a great deal of time learning music and related skills. I thank God this never occurred, I can only imagine the selfish person I would have become had there been people around telling me how awesome I was for doing nothing more than playing a loud guitar. I am awesome but it has nothing to do with what I have done, or will do, it has everything to do with what and who I really am inside already.
I always considered purpose as only being something I was supposed to accomplish or do in order to fulfill some greater destiny but purpose is also a division of itself. The small things that are needed to fulfill purpose are still part of the full purpose even if they seem trivial. I realized that I love to learn but if there is no purpose in learning something I am not focused or interested in learning it. If you love to do something you create a purpose for the action you love doing. I have heard people say, do it because you love it, but loving something is purpose. At some level purpose exists in everything we do and have ever done, purpose extends to creation itself and is what I consider a universal law. We build purpose from its smallest parts into the realization of its largest. Waiting for some greater purpose is like trying to build a galaxy without the atom. Purpose scales up in clarity as we pursue its smaller parts.
Reality

1. the world or the state of things as they actually exist, as opposed to an idealistic or notional idea of them.
o a thing that is actually experienced or seen, especially when this is grim or problematic.
o a thing that exists in fact, having previously only existed in one's mind.
2. the state or quality of having existence or substance.
I have read books and heard speakers proclaiming we make our own reality, and in many ways we do, yet this author seemed to think nothing truly exists outside of his thoughts. This is proven, at least partially false by the fact he had to write a book in order to convince others of a false reality he is still obviously making a living in.
If it doesn’t exist and he has fully internalized his own concept, then he would have no need to interact with nothing. The very premises that nothing exists but what he the author believes exists, is the manifestation of self, him being the only thing that exists. It would mean nothing else existed unless he believes it existed. The question is why would one person’s idea of reality circumvent what my version of reality is?
This concept of self-made reality is a hard pill to digest. It suggests a plane of existence that we our self-dream up or project. It suggests that if you believe it, it becomes a self-fulfilling reality, yet where did you get the idea for your new reality in the first place, and why does everyone see the same things? We may understand what we see independently but we all experience the tree in the yard.
We as a collective may create a portion of reality within a joined consciousness but how and when did we agree on what that was? It’s hard to get six people to agree on what movie to go see, which implies choice, which in turn implies free will. Do we have free will if our choice was manipulated into us believing it was our idea?
I would say it does not because you cannot be free to make a free choice if you have no idea you are being manipulated. Even if you know this is true and the manipulation is tied into natural instincts. For example, if you are told over and over to eat at a certain restaurant and you later find yourself eating there was it really your choice? It may appear that way but if we as a species are naturally susceptible to mass suggestion and that is exploited as a weakness, then you are not making the choice you just think you are.
This is compounded by the level of trust you have with the source. If I tell my child he should hide in the closet or a monster is going to get him and he then runs into his closet, did he act on his self-will? Self-will can be circumvented using fear because of our natural instinct to survive. This applies to sex as well. What do you think happens when you are exposed to sexual images that direct a natural instinct into a specific direction? This is the high jacking of our self-will. It is hard to argue that we are not a part of something bigger and this connected consciousness may be the delivery system for self-will hijacking.
We even have living organisms inside of our bodies functioning in a symbiotic relationship.
It hard to believe that we are a holographic projection or a simple product of a self-perceived reality. We never thought up the idea of the before mentioned symbiotic relationship, we discovered it, therefore it was already in place before we thought it up and that means we could not have brought it into reality because we didn’t know it existed.
This applies to a great many things and thus seems to fly in the face of us fully determining all of reality. The only way this could possibly occur is if there is a greater universal consciousness we are connected to.
Let us for a moment say reality isn’t a single state but that all life in the universe has input into what it is, in essence a greater mind in the aggregate of all life that determines reality.
It would still point back to the idea that all life and maybe even all matter, are what make up consciousness. Either way it is hard to get away from the idea of a connected design that functions in an organized systematic way.
Even if everything we see was a projection the information for this projection had to come from somewhere. It had to be amassed, sorted and stored in a way that was projectable. We would have to have the ability to either project it ourselves or be able to translate the projection. In either case we would have to be tuned to it in such a way as to be able to interact with it which means we would have to be directly connected in some way to its source.
I think the hardest question is physics or philosophy is "what came before that?" Nothing cannot produce something, 0/0=0, 0+0=0 and 0-0=0. Something had to exist in order for anything else to exist, so there has to be a one. If God is 1 and say matter is 1 then 1+1=2, but where did the matter come from? If God is 1 and He divides Himself and yet retains Himself as the greater part, what division would He used to create an expanded fractal of Himself?
Any research into science should show us that if there is a God He didn’t just wave a magic wand and make everything in nature. The entire system is just that, a system, a system of systems within systems within systems and on and on.
An abstract answer to this may exist in nature. Let's say God is the whole, and He divides Himself into a smaller part but He does so in a way that He creates a smaller and a larger part, that the larger part divided by the smaller part, is also equal to the sum of both when divided by the larger part. This is called the Golden ratio and is found in the Fibonacci sequence which describes the expansion of nature within a system of fractals. I describe it as a system of fractals because I believe all things function within specific systems even while they are a reflection of the whole.
Here are just a few places this ratio can found in nature, Flower petals, Seed heads, sunflower seeds, Pinecones, Tree branches, Shells, Spiral galaxies, Hurricanes, Fingers, Animal bodies, and even in DNA molecules.
This suggests a link with geometry and consciousness that exists within the entirety of the universe. It may exist within sub-systems of created reality as a collective of one thing, it allows for free will but is not random nor is it predetermined.
Reality may be part of a geometric language we ourselves are a part of and have input into as we experience it. It exists as energy information but is also coded into all life as it experiences the reality it creates. Therefore, within this paradigm time does not exist because all things occur at all times.
This may seem like a paradox because how can you have free will and yet some things be determined especially if all thing occur at all times. The most fundamental answer is that our consciousness is not just our own. We are a part of a greater system and this is observable in a more basic ways within society. We as people trend toward differing actions and those can be determined by things like media or celebrities, so how does that affect our choices?
We are not acting on our own volition when we get a haircut like someone else’s. Did we have the choice of getting the hair cut or not getting the hair cut? We did but we all end up with a haircut like someone else’s so was it really a choice or a group of predetermined choices. This extends to those non-conformists who all seem to look the same in their attempts at nonconformity. This is a good example of free will within a system of predetermined states, and those states can be manipulated.
It is as if we ourselves are energy information experiencing ourselves, and as a whole experience all things at all times. This matrix of life being a self-creating yet per-existing state, both self-determined and universally connected at the same time.
Our understanding of past, present and future is incomplete when considering all life that has ever lived and will ever live in the entire universe. This would indicate a self-perpetuation of consciousness and life that grows by its own experience within all of the many systems of pre-existing information.
It would indicate a much greater organization of seemingly random processes even at the smallest levels. So why would we as humans think it is only our consciousness that matters? Any and all life would be part of this function if it exists at all. My little dog "Smalls" may contribute as much to the reality of this universe as I do. This goes back to the concept of this book, Small things matter. If I want to change the world what can I do that will make a difference? I can't think of a single Big thing I can do but small things make big things and that holds true as big as you can get. Change doesn't come from one big thing as much as it does from a lot of little things that create a big thing, and that could happen if a lot of people change their mind-set. A small change could make a big difference.
Deciding what we want our reality to be is determined by what we as many value, how we as many think, our fundamental outlook as a people. Change of this sort doesn’t come by simply taking a stand on a human issue or fighting for a political ideology, both of which we already know only creates more division and keeps the world in a state of stagnation.
No, we have to re-arrange our core concept of reality from the inside and that goes back to one word, love. This isn't some fairy tale version of the perfect ending. It is an understanding that love at its smallest level is also a fractal of its greater self and a link to what higher consciousness really is at its very core. I realize this is hard because it is so easy to fall into the same patterns we have been used to. We live complex lives full of demands and stress, we can live our entire lives in unrealized fear.
We project into the future and find things to fear. This is why I feel that the real answers to our smallest and our greatest problems are found within the threads of greater consciousness. Even while not knowing how something needs to be fixed by centering ourselves in this higher reality we won't need to, it will happen if we will overcome our fear.
Fiction cannot be truth because even if a truth is told within a fiction that truth is presented as a lie. It is saying we are telling a lie, this isn’t true, so no matter what is told after that it will not be understood as a truth. This applies to any truth told within the context of fiction.
Some in science consider us to live in a sort holographic projection that is basically converted into a 3D reality we can touch, feel, smell, and taste, sort of a coded reality. This wasn’t a random idea; the math simply took them there based on unknowns needed to make the math work. Don’t try this experiment, but if you are sure nothing really exists try running your car into a tree. The idea of a truly holographic universe will quickly sort itself out with physics as you fly through the windshield.
This can spin your head around but let's look at it in terms of saying both states exist at the same time. We as a collective, do make our reality in many ways. We may even be able to reconstruct matter as it is really vibrational energy information but it would have to be done by people on a very large scale.
The nature of matter is mostly space and thus does not exist in the way we perceive it, yet it exists within our perceived reality.
The idea that there is nothing but what we imagine could be true in the perception of reality but is ultimately false in that what exists pre-existed before we thought of it.
If the many constructions of matter found in nature are a consciousness construction of our thought then that would assume we are able to construct or deconstruct life at will, this would then falsely assume we can circumvent the feel will of nature itself. The understanding of these manifestations however, can shape what our perceived reality of them are.
If I think of a rock in terms of what I know about rocks, then the rock becomes to me what I understand it to be, that doesn’t mean it isn’t there. Yet in a way, that rock is not there at least as we understand it. It is made up of 99.99999% space and exists on a plane of vibrational energy that makes it solid matter to us. This would suggest that we are tuned to the vibrational construction of what appears as real to us. If the matter I see is made up of atoms and molecules that are in large part vibrational space than in order for me to perceive it in a specific form I would have to be tuned into the vibrational plane of that specific form.
This concept also lends itself to the theory of Superposition, or multi-dimensional reality, as in, all possible realities exist at the same time. While I do not agree fully with superposition in this context, the idea of other realities or dimensional realities is no metaphysical mumbo-jumbo. It is clear that vibration makes symmetry and colligates to structure. I call structure “vibrational energy information”. If we take water as an example we should understand that it contains information and exchanges information as it forms symmetry within vibration. The frequency of vibrations seems to correlate to specific geometry’s and this may suggest that vibrational geometry is the mathematical language of universal design.
This would suggest we are much more connected to the world, the universe, and all living things than we ever imagined, and furthermore our very idea of life may be vastly inadequate. How can water be alive? The very presence of revitalized water near other water changes its structure! This is not a myth, it has been verified many times. We also see this in the laboratory as we observe other water molecules actually changing the molecules around it. In water, molecules actually change and form a kind of barrier around themselves. The same molecule acts differently than it would outside of water and affects other molecules by simply being near them. This exchange of information is taking place in a way that shows water has what we could loosely consider as feelings. How far have we removed ourselves from the matrix of life and the order of universal nature, and what effect has this had on us as people?
Here is an example of circular invention, the world tells us what is fashionable, what we should wear, and then it makes fun of us later as it looks back on the pictures of us wearing what we were told at the time was in style, yet in a following generation they end up wearing the same style modified only slightly, and the process repeats. It is in time that we look back with some greater understanding of the present. We may think we understand something but still have to suffer the results of living it to truly understand it. This doesn’t mean we should keep repeating our mistakes because we stop teaching our young.
The universe is divided into many fractals of itself, I reflect a part of it and the next person reflects his part, so all is reflected in the whole and from the whole.
Our uniqueness is us reflecting our personal part from the entirety of the whole within us. This is a little like the concept of the holographic principle from a differnt perspective. A holographic projector encodes 2D information into 3D and is then projected onto a 2D screen.
The fractal universe is doing something similar within constructed life. It is taking many parts and constructing them into a living multidimensional being but in far more than 3D, or even 4D, its divisions are infinite.
Think of ourselves as part of the coding. We each perceive the world in our own way and project ourselves into it making whatever contributions, good or bad. We affect the system by just living in it and this changes the over-all view and experience that everyone else has within the system and thus how they themselves contribute to it.
These slight changes, we as people have on the system may seem small but they ripple and often propagate into major events that culminate into major changes. These changes could affect the entire universe as they propagate from us as a civilization, small at first but small things grow into big things and as I have become very fond of saying, small things matter.
We experience the universe and world within our unique understanding. It doesn’t matter if we interpret something incorrectly, us coming to an incorrect conclusion about what we experience is still part of consciousness.
The truth exists before we come to a coherent thought about what we are seeing or experiencing. We are living receptors of creation because we are part of creation itself. This means we are also active contributors to a system that is experiencing all the many fractals of itself through itself.
From small to large
In the research done on water I have learned that positively changing the structure of a relatively small amount of water can change the entire pond for the better. We don't have to do big things to make big changes, to make a big difference. We don’t have to do great things to be great, and we don’t have to be like or to be admired by anyone else to be special.
There is no single design or path for all humans to follow. We are not all meant to be the same in what we contribute and how we contribute. We don't even understand or express love in the same way. We all seem to be able to express only a small piece of what love fully is. Where we often go wrong is by not recognizing how diverse Love is.
We tend to think about love in big terms, the love we share with our children or great acts of sacrifice but small things matter. Small act of kindness can do great things. I always equated love with actions, some of which I am still not very good at but Love can be as simple as having patience with someone in the grocery store and or as selfless as taking care of an elderly parent.
It is seeing others as just like yourself when they do things that make you angry. It is feeling empathy for both the victim and the perpetrator. Love is taking care of a pet, praying for someone else’s wellbeing, Love is learned and understood in steps, small things make the big things.
I don’t deem to know everything but my hardest experiences have helped me to see a greater design more clearly and has taught me that I am more than I think I am, my experiences and even my failures were worth more than I gave them credit. That my life and who I am inside has made a positive difference.
I have a Yorkie named "Smalls" and he became part of my thought experiment. He ended up becoming the title of this book because he perfectly represented what this book is about on many levels. He is 4 pounds 6 ounces of pure love. His purpose in this life may seem trivial but I do not think that is true. He cannot write a book but he can bring my spirits up enough so that I can. He exists in a state of simple joy and when given love he wants nothing else, he is content, he knows joy.
His very existence brings me Joy, and comfort, yet he will never do anything great by our standards but by him being happy he can alter my life for the better. His love is contagious and that is as love is.
One reason you don't test God is because what you are really testing is your own faith in God. It was my selfish desire to be something other than what I was meant to be that brought me to such misery and conflict, yet it was my desire to be truly good, to be the person I am inside, that made me willing and honest enough to learn from those mistakes. What would I change today if I could? I really don’t know anymore. I would have listed many things not so long ago but what was I supposed to learn here and why, what did all that I suffered teach me, am I a better person for it? I only see the picture from a ground view and this precludes the possibility that I have and will contribute to this world exactly what I am supposed to, even if it isn't nearly what I wanted to, yet it may be more than I ever imagined.
All Things Matter
The speech
When do we stop being what we are not, based on the failed invention of separation? There is nothing separated from creation but that which we invent. The natural systems of life, energy, and matter coexist with ease, yet it is the self, our-self, and from the self, that we falsely conger the imaginary concept of separation. How do we as living beings so easily contrive isolated need in a universe of connected many, all contained within as one?
What property or goal can be at the center of our spirit that would or could stand before and above the love of all things connected and alive? What is the worth of indulgence of self, or of a group living at the expense of the greater whole of so many, and of so much? For it is within our connection with each other, that we are a part of the whole. Have we not seen the repetitive destruction of greed, power, division, and fear plainly enough?
Where do we go from our petty differences and selfish delusions, when they only revolve into the circular motion of repeated mistakes? Does this circle of folly not teach us, that they are lies, invented from lies, and are nothing more than a self-erected wheel? A created circular reality built on falsehoods going nowhere? Do not all things of truth lead us forward to more, to a greater thing connected, to knowledge beyond our first understanding of a thing?
Truth never leads to the same revolving ideals of selfish invention for if it is true and part of creation it moves us forward.
Who owns the rights to life, who owns the energy of creation? Does anyone among us claim ownership of creation for themselves? If it is your God, your creator, then consider why he shared this gift with so many. Can anyone possibly claim ownership of a life, at the expense of the living? Are not all things created by creation from the same matter, the same energy? What does this universe have that we truly need that it has not given to all in abundance?
When did our features, our clans, our societies or our selfish desires determine the nature of our single heart? The single heart of all things, that we know very-well exist inside of each of us. For what in creation exists outside of itself? Nothing exists that has not been created by some means but it is only within the greater connected universal mind that life is truly alive and aware, not by our inventions through self-indulgence and arrogance.
Our natural variations make us more than the material used to create us but do not make us separate or isolated in consciousness through love, creation does not exist outside of itself.
Our perceived differences are an illusion if we are made and exist, within the same greater creation. If the hope of peace is exists, it is within the heart of a spirit we all share. It was forged in the balance of all things before we were, and in no way can be reduced by selfish demands, existing in a limited moment. If it comes to be, then It pre-existed, it already was, therefore it is now, and if this is so it is the transformation of all life towards its greater purpose.
The very idea of war, and the grief it produces should not exist in the universe, for it is the embodiment of un-natural invention, born of separation from the rest.
It is a lie held onto in the isolation of a self-imposed prison, invented within selfish hearts, seeking finite goals. It is the false ideal of unique ownership by identity that lead us into action against nature, and the value of life.
War is the monster we seek shelter from, the dark birth, of a self-conceived false-virtue, corrupted while formed in isolation from creation itself.
The answer to our problems do not lie at the feet of war and death, they lay in the hands of love. A word used often without its meaning, yet a truth that still holds all power in creation and life. This single truth empowers all of life and its real meaning is the path to all we seek, it is the letting go of grief, fear, control, hate, and anger, it IS the transcendence into a greater existence for all whom embrace its nature.
For how can creation be founded upon hate? What can we build using stones of hate and anger, but destruction?
When will we decide to step off the wheel of invented isolated realities and onto the path of discovery? For one only brings us back, while the other leads us forward.
These words, I hope, touch our greater being within our own identity. I hope that they resonate within it, for if we ever choose to exist in unity as more than what we are, the truth behind these words will connect us within the greater consciousness of a single identity.
For these words cannot be false if we are all created from the same, and of the same greater universal mind, no matter what we call it, or how and where think it may exist. Nothing can be outside of creation, therefore no life, or matter is an island alone within it. Small things matter!
The act of invention by those who believe they have created something is the same circular folly as repeating mistakes we already know lead to misery. Creation using its own creation to create, does not become a permit for acts to distort its purpose. This is using our self-will to assume away the self-will of creation.
For By what means we engage in the act of creation is important. Does it mirror the light of love, in creation, or the casting shadow in an isolated heart? Do we not recognize the very source of the thing we are struggling against?
All things have value to the source of creation for its own use. If self-will applies to creation it applies to all things equally in creation but nothing in creation is outside of itself.
Rearranging the freely provided building blocks of creation do not constitute ownership of a thing! For we never owned the martials to begin with, and therefore cannot claim ownership of anything but the results of our blind arrogance. If it can be created by the source of creation, then it was already a part of creation, not the other way around.
Creation has purpose, even for our mistakes, but this is always consistent, with love for itself. For what thing would hate itself, and yet create more of what it hates, from itself? It is only in the pain of a separated heart that we ourselves to do this.
Creation has to be from love, existing as love, and created for the purpose of love. It can be no other way, for if creation exists at all, then it is in love that it would have to sustain itself, for itself. If we are part of the Creator, then our true identity is love.
How can we consider ourselves less than children when we cannot even rise to the most basic level of peace among ourselves? What higher consciousness gives rise to destruction? If you are one, who is a part of many, who make up The One, the infinite Creator, then you cannot be a mistake nor can you ignore your brothers and sisters around you. They are not mistake either. Jesus said love your neighbor, as have many others, yet we forget who our neighbors are for the love of ourselves. I cannot help but envision such ridiculous folly as many children fighting over a single rock in a play-yard full of rocks. However, Children can grow when they finally step off of the carousel, they eventually get tired of going up and down in a circle so they get off and go on to a better ride. Small things matter!

To get a little better understanding of this idea we need to look the results of the of double slit experiment and what it suggests. It was found that when shooting photons through two slits onto a background, the pattern of photons did not line up with the slits but acted as waves. This is confirmed by the math for a wave function. If you have two slits and you shoot pellets through them you would expect there to be two rows of pellet holes through your back drop and these would be directly behind the slits but this isn't what they found. They found mostly four to five main areas where the photons hit the back drop, and this interference pattern is indictive of how a wave of water would propagate as it washes through two slits. Where thing get more complicated is if you slow down the intervals between shooting individual particles at the slits, over time they still created the same interference pattern indicative of a wave.
That suggests in order for an interference pattern indicative of a wave to occur, the particles had to be in two places at the same time. Where it truly gets strange is that as soon as they tried to measure this phenomenon the interference pattern was no longer present. This led to the idea that the observer had some effect on the outcome by "collapsing the wave function" upon observation.

In quantum physics entanglement occurs when two or more particles interact or become connected by some means. Some theories suggest it is because the particles where originally part of a specific system such as a pair electron orbiting around an atom. This phenomenon is often misunderstood. The idea is that particles spin and they can spin both up and down but if you stop the spin of one particle the other it is entangled with shows its spin to be in the opposite direction as though polarized in some way. For example, if one is spinning up and measure at one moment in "time" the other particle will always show it is spinning down and this action occurs no matter the distance. What’s more interesting is this appears to happen outside of time as there seems to be no delay at the moment of measurement. Furthermore, the particles corresponded to the method of measurement. If you measured for up and down they always respond in kind. What is also interesting is this entanglement seems to spread as particles become entangled with other particles. The particles in later entangled groups have a memory of a past entanglement with the rest.

It suggests that the other photon isn't really gone at all. This is important because it also suggests, that like the concept of water retaining some form of memory this may be happening on a quantum level. If this is possible than it may indicate that all things in the universe seem to remember at some level and by some greater means.
More and more what we see coming out of science is that all things including thought itself is a complete package, a fractal of the whole. That this could even occur at all and considering the vast quantity of matter in the universe on a quantum level, it may be possible that the universe is very much aware. It certainly suggests that information is stored in all things, and the universe is absolutely full of it.
It has been suggested in quantum biology that some quantum actions may be a result of a species trying to find completive advantage and it is likely the process is happening outside of the plants direct control. A hack if you will, in order to better compete. If this is true then it would stand to reason that we as humans have similar quantum processes acting outside of our direct awareness. If there is stored information within all things, it would also reason that many quantum processes exist within the coded patterns of life and may create a pathway for greater system connectivity.
What other reasons would we use this process, this quantum entanglement, advantage or not, Propagation? The concept of love would suggest there is a component of attraction that may lay outside of just evolutionary lust. The very concept of nurturing a child should also give some clue in this regard. A mother would simply drop the baby and walk away if not for some natural force outside of basic paradigm of desire. Why would nature even build in a drive to propagate without another mechanism to make that process work, simply having the baby isn't enough.
What system within biology creates the drive to have child, and then raise it? The concept of a natural need to propagate doesn’t tell us much. It doesn’t explain the attachment we apply to our young, we call this love. The drive to have children even outside of the function of sexual desire, does not account for the idea of love. Simply having the child does not encompass the need to care for it with such a strong bond.
This is another example of a recognizable process that is not mathematically computable. I'm not talking about the mushy idea of love we attribute to young couple in the mall. I am talking about the natural attachment that causes a mother to raise what is otherwise a burden, and do it for multiple years, multiple times. Our offspring take energy, resources, as well as patience and sacrifice to raise. We don’t even need to consider the father at this point. The very aspect of nurturing carries with it the essence of my assertion and I think Penrose’s, that somewhere between the classical world of physics and the quantum, we are missing a value, a theory that closes this gap and aligns the calculable with the intuitive. A real connection between math from the imagination and reality as we know it.
If even some of what quantum mechanics suggests is true, they may have accidently stumbled onto the answer. What I am taking about is that everything is very much woven into a greater fabric of connected information. I by no means think that the spooky action of quantum mechanics is the only input and output circuit we are plugged into. It is all part of a geometry that moves and stores information within a universal brain. The universe is alive and is jammed packed with information, put another way, information exists within all things, it exists outside of our concept of time. The universe is experiencing itself in many different fractals of itself and we have different levels of particle connectivity within differing systems in nature.

More ancient viruses lurk in our DNA than we thought

I don’t think it could be clearer that our world is utterly connected when 8 percent of our DNA comes from viruses, and for those to reproduce and spread they had to have hijacked the living cells of another animal. Within this context it would be reasonable to consider that life is connected throughout nature at the cellular level as well the quantum. If we add ticks, mosquitoes, fly’s and other insects, as well as the food we eat and the water we drink, it is hard to imagine that everything living isn't connected in multiple ways. It is almost inconceivable that we are not communicating on some deeper level with everything around us.
If the composition of air and the particles that make up the elements themselves such as oxygen and carbon dioxide reacted in similar ways to water and somehow retained some form of memory even within structured groups, the implications would be astounding. This being especially so considering the shared exchange we have with life on the plant.
Even so we breathe in the oxygen that plants create within themselves then breathe out carbon Dioxide we produce from within our bodies. I find it hard to fathom that some form of entanglement or exchange is not connecting us within this system.

All systems have a method and reason for exchange and every system relies on another system to survive, in all of those instances some physical exchange is taking place. Even a virus or bacteria exchange system information with a host. Misquotes drink your blood and bats as well as bird eat them. If particle entanglement does exist then this strongly suggests that we are in some way connected with all life on this planet. We also exchange molecules of many types with just about every living thing on earth just by breathing and smelling, and in other ways we don’t consider.
What if we are connected not just in a few ways but in many billions of ways, existing like a single organism with many divisions of itself functioning as though independent yet fully connected.
All living things on this earth depend on other living things. What if this wasn't just a symbiotic relationship on a biological level but a fullness of being with conscious and spiritual implications.
We know that quantum entanglement has been shown to exist outside of what is called Local Realism. In new studies they have overcome the "freedom of choice" loophole (potential that would predict or influence the results).
"Local Realism" is describing a state that is outside of what classical physics deems possible in the Marco world. It shows that particles react with each other at any distance instantaneously. I have already mention some on this topic (See: Big Bell Test Collaboration) The original Bell Test, named after the Northern Irish physicist John Bell, basically put an upper limit on how strong these correlations could be outside of entanglement and this became known as Bell's inequality. This inequality does in fact exist and the "freedom of choice" loop hole was overcome by having the choices randomized by people (over 100,000) hitting 0 or 1 in a video game.

My theory
Particle attraction within systems
I am speculating that entanglement may work by attraction within systems and these attractions occur to a greater or lesser degree. Let's imagine that all processes are sorted within a system of quantum gradient, such as Like, Like Kind, opposing, and super opposing. The idea is "You can have a flying fish but you can't have a flying brick". Think of it this way, if I meet a girl and we get married and have a child. My wife would be considered a like kind particle in this example. This relates to the number of possible entanglements we could have because of the close system we both share. Our son would be a like particle because we both have more connections to our child within that system. Opposing would be me and a blade of grass. While we have many similarities, we have fewer connections thus fewer possibilities for entanglement, and super opposing would be me and a brick. We have far fewer things in common although still made up of the same fundamental particles. Within each more closely related system however, the similarities allow for more possible entanglements. Within each system however, there are overlapping connections with other systems, and through these like and like kind similarities between systems, connections to other related systems occur until all systems connect.
Our concept of evolution doesn’t seem to account for the stunning variety of life we know of and the seemingly quantum leap of man from his so called lesser ancestors. I don't have to implying the idea of a deity here. I think we can consider reasonably, that some greater connection process is taking place outside of our scientific understanding. It appears less and less likely that we are an island in a vast sea of darkness, utterly unconnected from the greater universe. In just the wide variety of living connections we have on this planet, it would more than suggest an inner conscious connection between matter and energy. We know that 60% of the DNA code of fruit flies and humans is identical. While the genetic difference between individual humans is about 0.1%.
I believe that biology can teach us a lot about astrophysics. What is truly amazing is the appearance of geometry within living systems, including water, DNA, cells, and subatomic particles. It may be within this geometry that information is stored and thus communicated to other systems. It may also be a key component of consciousness. This concept at its core suggests that the universe is a fractal or reflection of itself at even the smallest scale.
Why would a particle move in any relation to another entangled particle? This may contain some of the answer to part of my reasoning. In an abstract way I relate it to what I see as inward or outward imagination. Inward focuses on self, such as a day dream where you are the pitcher who wins the world series, while outward imagination focuses on a specific problem and uses energy to create ideas from a vast reservoir of seemingly random experiences and knowledge. Much Like a researcher seeing a rollercoaster and somehow relating it to work he or she is doing in say, biology. It has no real connection to the work but it triggers something within that affects the results of the research.
Within our imagination we connect with both our internal personal experiences and some amazing aspect of a greater external mind. I don’t mean this is as some meta-physical thing, I am relating it to the difference between the calculable and non-calculable, or a classic vs quantum understanding. A thought construction is an example of using inward imagination used to affect an outward process.
Information
I believe we are connected to all universal information, and how that information is retrieved, understood and acted upon depends upon our desire to seek it and that is in part determined by how willing we are to seek within ourselves. We usually do not seek for something we do not believe exists.
The universe is far more mysterious and amazing than anything we could dream up. Many who had it right long ago may have retrieved the information from the place science is just now coming to believe contains information, the universal consciousness.
In the book, The Emperor's New Mind Penrose describes mathematical Theorems, such as Goodstein's Theorem. Goodstein proved his theorem with the very concept of his theorem. Goodstein's theorem used an instance of what he called "transfinite induction" and “In present context provides a way of organizing an intuition that can be directly obtained by familiarizing oneself with the "reason" that Goodstein’s theorem is in fact true."
It showed that computer processes have basic limitations because they cannot, "transcend the limits of the procedures of proof". In short Penrose is saying that while we may not be able to prove something mathematically or by some mechanical means, we have the ability to "transcend the limited procedures of proof" because of the very complex process of thinking, feeling, and guessing within the ideas of imagination and intuition. We as people can use other ways to transcend 2 dimensions, or even 3-dimensional thinking, and in doing so we connect to a great universe of possibilities, of choices that a computer has no access to.
It means that by reasoning we can prove something that cannot be proven mathematically. I believe this means we are accessing other creative information that a computer could not think to access, no matter how extensive the program mapping.
This removes us from the world of strict analytics and we enter the world of imagination. Imagination may be the key needed to resolve the divide between the strictly linear concept of thought or computation, from universal entanglement, the great sharing of information.
Knowing something is not the result of us figuring out something mathematically and then saying well now we know. If this were true we would “know” many things we currently guess at. We know, or we think we know E=mc^2, yet we really don't “know” what energy is, nor do we “know” what mass is in relation to matter.
You can tell someone this as a fact but in reality, they don't know it. Even those who understand this principle don't really know it. I know the stove will burn me when it is on. I know that if I jump off a 10-story building I will fall downwards and that is because I have internalized this information within the paradigm of experience.
This assumption of knowing, yet really not knowing, is often wrapped up in complex vernacular that results in less true understanding by hiding truths or falsehoods in specialized wording. Our language itself contains falsehoods, many common phrases contradict their intended meaning, and the words we use to express something are often not consistent with the truth. We often mean to say something specific but if we analyze the literal meaning of our wording we may discover that we said something else. We do this on purpose sometimes to avoid telling the truth.
Creating reality with lies
To understand deeper concepts of the lie we need to realize there is a truth, that it does exist. While this may seem evident the idea gets more complex as we look deeper. If truth does exist are there multiple truths or is there only one truth? I contend that like invention verses discovery one is real and leads to more, while the other is circular.
This idea can be transfer to the concept of math or science. If we invent something that is separate from what already exists as an organic truth it will not connect with that which is true in nature. If I make an electric generator out of a card board box and an old shoe it isn’t going to generate electricity because it does not connect with that which is already true. The fact that I exist at all means there is a truth that is evident, if other things exist as well this indicates greater evidence of a connection that leads to something else within the plane of truths.
Let me give you an example of a created reality we all experience every day and throughout history in one word: "Lie". A lie never become the truth simply because we believe it as fact, it only distorts perceive reality. We often view our world through something like the warped reflection of what we wish to be based off of what the world at large views as important.
Lies have transformed our world and not in a good way. We use words like transparency for the truth and rename lies into words such as, misinformation, or propaganda, which in essence is a lie about lying, duel lies of manipulation in a single word.
We are not even telling the truth about the word lying when renaming it into a different word we know still means lying. We also do this with phrases such as, less than honest, white lies, mis-leading, or half-truths.
On the other side of this concept we often rename truths into lies in order to change our perception or understanding of its meaning.
This is often done in order to manipulate us into excepting something we may otherwise feel is wrong by changing our perception of it thus our perceived reality. By conforming to this dishonest version of the world we view it through a distorted lens. Even outside of the moral implications of lying, we should be able to understand that it changes our culture and what we understand reality to be.
To grasp how much damage this has done to society consider how far we could have progressed as a civilization if we didn't lie. No research ever manipulated for the sake of funding, no governments lying about discoveries or what they were really doing, no manipulation of society. No lies would mean complete transparency, and that translates into much greater freedom for all people. It would resolve many of our personal conflicts and likely re-order our civilization.
If we all knew the truth we wouldn’t have near the issues we have. If the media didn’t lie in order to promote one ideology over another the results would be dramatic. Aspects of lying are introduced to us before we can speak. It is so pervasive we tell or hear lies every day and don’t realize it.
We often don’t understand that the use of lies can create internal conflicts on a subconscious level, sometimes leading to depression and un-fulfillment.
Think about what media and Hollywood are telling you about fulfillment. These overarching ideals are patently false yet when we do not achieve this false utopian state ourselves we often feel as though we have failed. Even if we reach our goals, we can crash from the letdown, the emptiness of an obtainment that isn’t what we imagined, what we were lead to believe it was. When we fail to achieve these false ideals, we often feel like we have failed ourselves and we allow this to affect our joy based off of something that was not true. We often have compassion for others yet because we fail we hate ourselves. This entire paradigm is based on untruths we internalize from a society filled with lies.
If we didn’t lie It would transform our world in a way that would completely change our reality, and this is because it would align our existence with truth, which leads to more truths. That is how discovery works, it is a truth that already existed and therefore it connects to other truths in a greater system of processes. It is the difference between inventing something that doesn’t work with anything and discovering something that works with everything.
We sometimes lie even when the truth would work better. It becomes a way of thinking, and in doing so we live in an altered circular reality without direction because it is self-invention.
We sometimes try to convince ourselves of a lie in order to deal with the resulting internal conflict of telling a lie in the first place. For most of us there is internal conflict when we know something or suspect something isn't true. We may not actively realize it but if this were not so it would be unheard for anyone to convince themselves of a lie. We do this sometimes by re-arranging events in our memory to suit our desired version of the truth.
We lie a lot as a society but I do not think this is a natural state for us or it would never cause us conflict. Consider how we consistently to react to injustice. When we see something that is unjust it tends to anger or upset us, we ourselves feel conflicted. We understand that if something is unjust it is somehow the result of a lie. Even if we do not consciously put the two together we desire truth even when we ourselves often lie.
We may be the only species on the planet that project lies into the future. We sometimes think of a lie before we tell it in order to sound more truthful when telling it later.
We think up possible future scenarios or objections to predetermine all the lies necessary in order to convince someone we planning on lying to of the lie.
Some of best liars are the ones who think up the lie ahead of time and play future events in their head in order to find all of the potential spots they may get caught in the lie. This most often requires additional lies to support the original.
It also can cause stress and anxiety leading up to the time of telling them. It is embarrassing to get caught lying and more importantly it is stressful to keep a lie going, and much of our society is built upon them.
If we have falsely constructed much of what we believe concerning our past and present, consider the massive effort expended to keep up the lies, the illusions, consider the division and conflict they propagate within our civilization.
Our acts of lying have a great ripple effect on future events and our current reality. We create certain realities that we must live in but this does not mean that they are ultimately true. If we are living in a false version of reality we ourselves invent, we will in essence go nowhere as a species, it becomes a circular reality we keep repeating, a prison within the mind.
Narrowly Focused
How we use our gifts to affect the world in a positive way requires understand and development of our gifts and that depends upon our understanding of who we are on the inside. We must know ourselves deeply to understand what our gifts are and what to do with them. It is not from an outside source that we understand our gifts, this is because our gifts are a part the real self. Seeking within to find the truth requires the truth to be known about one’s self. You cannot look inside and find a hidden gift if you have yet to become honest with who you are, with all of your faults. Looking inward while holding false ideas of who you truly are does not result in growth. It leads to self-delusions easily manipulated by pride.
To acknowledge our faults and to see ourselves as who we are does not require you to put yourself down. It is not an exercise in false humility, it is an honest acknowledgement of mistakes and the character flaws that they were based from. It is important to remember that we all have them. You are not bad because you have made mistakes, you are human, and it come with the job. This may be truer than we all realize. What is our purpose, what is important? I have asked these questions more than once in this book and learning that is also part of the job.
We need to learn who we are to learn what our gifts are and this helps us narrow our focus and discover our purpose. It is very important to remember that we are not all designed for every task. I have tried to be too many things for too many people and this made me far less effective at what I was meant to do. The real person inside should be the one who discovers what gifts you have, your purpose, and how to use your gifts for that purpose. You can’t do this with your outer self and this is due to all of the lies we have been fed throughout our lives. It takes commitment to seek out the truth about ourselves, to find more clearly who the inner self is.
This sounds difficult but you already know most of your own faults. Where we lack is usually following them to their root source. Our anger is most often from fear, our self-hatred is from shame we have not properly put into perspective. We hold on to our mistakes and this is used in a way the world condemns to keep you stuck in it. You have no idea how important you are and if there is a creator no matter how you understand it, He would never want a part of his own creation in shame. It would be like hating a flower because it could not bloom at the same time as the others. It may be the late flower becomes the only beauty in a field of dead flowers. The hopes we have of being more will not manifest from lies, they cannot. The truth leads to other truths but lies only lead you back to more lies, the circular motion of repeated mistakes based on lies from a false identity seen as worldly virtue. You already know this, you just may not realize you know this. For me I began to understand this because I could not squeeze one ounce of virtue from what I was told was virtuous, I tried. Money, sex, cars, and all the rest were as empty as the promise of it.
To be focused on the right thing in the right way is a joy and a fulfillment that arises out of truth. This is as it is within a self we know as true. That is not some platitude, it is a deep understanding of what is important, really important. If our only perception is from a distortion created from lies how can we ever hope to truly know what give us joy, why we are here, what our purpose is? We are not all things to all people, we have a focus designed specifically for our gifts but those gifts are for the good of all things and all people.
It was through much suffering that I came to terms with this. I wish it was easier but if it was I doubt I would have learned it. You have no idea how much you are cherished and by how many. It would seem likely something much bigger than ourselves exists and is unfolding if any of what I have written about consciousness is true. If even a small thread is connecting us to more it means there is much, much more. It would mean our story is a very big story and you are important to it. If we are part of a conscious universe think of what possibilities could exist in that story? How could such an epic tale of life not be utterly amazing and beyond anything we could imagine? If this is true how could there not be something which is far greater then ourselves?
Negative energy
Our understanding of consciousness is limited so we often fail to consider the implications of balance. We know that energy can affect us in differing ways. Like the poles of a magnet we could think of it in terms of having different polarities, a positive and a negative, and these negative forces existing within the energy stream of consciousness. We hear about people doing awful things just about every day, so it is hard to deny this. War alone should be enough for us to understand that it exists but what is it? Is conflict simply a result of human mistakes or is there more to it? If it is true that there is a correlation between violent behavior and solar cycles than this may be far more than happenstance. We should know at some level there is negative energy intrinsic to negative action. We put names to things we consider evil or corrupt without considering the broader implications on how they got that way. I think it is important to identify the truth because we have control over what we allow to affect us. If we are trying to learn who we really are on the inside it becomes important that we do not allow negative energy to convolute what we see as our flaws. Not all aspects of your flaws or possibly even your actions are all your doing. This is not to blame something else for your actions because you have free will to choose them, however, do not underestimate the power of negative suggestion, and lies. You are being subjected to a lot of things that conflict with your inner-self almost all the time and we are part of a steam of group consciousness.
If many people are experiencing anger, division, hate, lust, greed and other negative energy it becomes woven into our consciousness. This is sometimes thought of as our a sub-conscious, however our sub conscience may in fact be part of consciousness.
We often name this negative energy different things according to our beliefs but what we call it is less important than knowing you have power over it. You are free, you just may not realize it yet. This is part of the reason it is so important to learn our inner self and to be true to that goal. Stop watering down the harsh facts, stop thinking you cannot admit those things you are the most ashamed of to God and the truth of why you did them. If you wanted to do it but cannot admit that it was what you wanted because it is part of your shame you hold on to, then you keep that part for yourself and limit your growth. This doesn’t mean it is really still there, it is only you giving power to it by not being completely honest. It is you creating your own negative reality, it is you making a reality your inner self does not want and it is based on a lie. It only become real to you because you make it so. This concept is so easy, so simple, it only appears to us as being difficult. Honestly consider this deeply, you are in control of your own reality. Where I failed so often was by trying to think my way through it instead of just letting it be true. I can make it true, it is my reality, I do not have to live my reality in shame from past mistake that can manifest to fear and be used as a tool to affect my positive conscious state.
You can’t make a tree a blade of grass but you have power over your choice of being in the light or being in the dark, of being a positive or a negative part of the balance of all things. Everything you have ever done, and your motives are already in the stream of consciousness, you have no reason to hide anything within yourself. Don’t be so hard on yourself, we have all done many things we wish we had not and God has seen them all without distortion. This includes the secret desires you hate admitting and have yet to conquer. If you look around there is not one-person among us who has not done things they regret, not one! You may keep secrets from your friends or family but don’t keep them from yourself and you can’t keep them from consciousness. I allowed fear to used my faith against me. Fear is only a thing but I gave it more strength then it really has. How can I have faith while in fear of it? If I did not do it all right based on my understanding of it I became afraid I would lose what I wanted most and that was to be with God. Why would my creator want me to live in fear when He said not to be in fear? It was my desire to live up to something that I couldn’t that fear took advantage of. The enemy of peace and joy took advantage of my good traits to bring about fear. It is this fear-trap we must escape.
How to escape fear
You can escape, you can be free, if you are of the light you can live in the light no matter how full of lies this earth may be. You do not have to be something you are not to be of the light, being yourself is not a sin. We all cannot be gifted in all areas. We cannot be all things because we are part of a greater consciousness and others within this consciousness are made for those tasks we are not. Be who you are meant to be not what others tell you, the inside you will know!
Being stuck in depression and emotional turmoil is usually a result of fear and it feels hard to escape. Why do you think this is, ask yourself this question? If we can escape why would we think it difficult? For me, it was because I didn’t understand it was possible, I kept thinking I wasn’t good enough. I kept making my own negative reality because I felt I deserved to be there and that is a lie. I put joy aside for fear and I didn’t have to.
We are free to escape any time if we see the truth for what it is. You have help and it is within your reach because it is within you but first you must believe it exists. It is belief that allows you the freedom to create.
You cannot draw on a power you do not believe exists. Trying to force your way through it using self-determination is still an isolated attempt at fighting back. This again is where being who you really are on the inside becomes powerful because if you grow toward this goal you will learn of a much great power within the river of your own consciousness because it is not just your own. You are not alone!
If we create our own reality as a group we have a part in making the bigger picture. This is different than your personal decision for reality. While you may not be able to turn a tree into a blade of grass you have a choice, you have a choice on where you live in reality itself because the positive reality you want to live in already exists, you just have to decide to live in it! It is our shame, doubts, and negative emotions that we hold onto and keep bringing back up that turn into fear and shackle us to a place we don’t belong.
What do you want in life, who do you want to be? Fear plays no part in that person if it is joy you seek. The world keeps telling you to be afraid and you have to ask why? It doesn’t make since that we would shackle ourselves to fear when we easily know what I am saying it true. If I know and you know then the world knows and that is where we find the enemy. The lies of the world while seemingly trivial, color the glass we see through in subtle ways that make what seems small into a much more sinister thing. Small lies are just as much a lie as the big lies and are often more affective in manipulating us to think as the world does.
Our religious teachings are manipulated by lies we believe. I always put what I thought I understood into imagines but most of those images came from the wrong source. I was using material cast on TV shows that was not real and had no relation to what I was trying to understand.

In this book I have written about many possible ways we are connected and this has broadened my understanding of what it means to be me in a very personal way. It has shown me that my idea of a creator has been vastly insufficient. I had narrowed my idea of God and creation down to such a degree that I couldn’t grasp a greater aspect of it.
It was as if I view God in a two-dimensional reality that I invented. I envisioned God as a sole entity separate from creation, outside of the designs and methods He used to create and connect all life to the universe, the living universe. While in truth God is many dimensions of one greater thing.
I thought of those who received help or love from God as winners of some cosmic lottery, some receiving a winning number while others a useless ticket, as if God was up in the clouds with a magic wand giving some people their wish but not others. I envisioned a creator making the earth and universe using this magic wand and I never really considered that every part of creation is a process within the domain of discovery given enough time and desire. This particular idea of a creator granting wishes like a genie is disconnected from the processes of nature and creation.
Our universe and the world we live in is not disconnected from the whole of creation, all things no matter how small, have a purpose, a reason for being. Small things matter!
The more I researched the science of life and matter the more I understood that all things fit within a system of other things, and this all is connected to something much more. All things are part of something greater and are really one greater thing, in itself and of itself.
You don't have to name it, you don't even have to think of it in terms of a God, that will not change its existence but if you begin to follow the threads you find them all connected and very much alive. I hope in a way I have shown you that we are part of all things including space, time, and matter.
The idea of a greater being seems hard to understand until you realize that all life is part of the greater whole. The word you use to describe it is still less than its many aspects. This all somehow lead me to other facts that appear at odds with our development. It became a glaring truth that was impossible to ignore, we are being lied to.
If you really consider how deeply we are connected, with so much, in so many ways, it becomes self-evident that we are purposely being divided. I had to ask myself who would want to use confusion through division to keep the world chained to our current reality?
Who would benefit the most from a stagnate reality? The answer to that question is who stands the most to lose? It also helped to understand the deliver systems of division and who actually own them.
This concept appeared clearly as I began to understand how susceptible we are to the influences of certain static and emotional energy through consciousness. It seems very odd that our history repeats itself and always in a way that benefits the same groups of people.
I reviewed the information we are being fed by the media with a different mind, more detached from my own ideals and bias. The sheer volume of deceit is astounding. There is almost no truth to any of it, the entire mass of information being feed to us is almost all lies. The news, TV shows, politics, advertising, music, social media, are all promoting false ideals as virtue and this is greatly distorting our living reality to the point of circular stagnation within our consciousness. The divisive lies we are receiving from news outlets have become so blatant it is very hard to miss.
No reasonable nation would promote hatred and division among itself for the sake of ideology alone unless they purposely wanted conflict. Even the ideologies themselves are contrived for division using lies. The news doesn’t appear reasonable or even rationale if you watch unattached from ideology. Why would anyone promote violence for the sake of peace? Hatred for the sake of tolerance? Freedom for the sake of secrets? Why would we name a program or agenda what it is not, and when the name stops deceiving, rename it? Why would a free government have a black budget, who is really getting this money?
The very idea of taking the wealth of a population, hiding it in unknown projects with no accountability and then using deceit to keep its purpose hidden is proof enough that we are living in the shadow of deceit.
How many of these secrets are really necessary and what unknown crimes are being committed as a result of this secrecy? Many of our leaders don’t even know of the many secrets because they have never had access to the entire scope of our compartmentalized system, therefore we do not even know who this system really serves! We do not know who our own supposed agencies and their civilian contractors actually serve, we do not know what our own money is paying for. One thing we do know about these black projects is that we are paying for them to remain hidden and this may include awful crimes committed for that purpose.
We have no idea what our government is spending trillions of dollars on, nor do we really know who is actually using our own money and for what. For all this deception to continue, for them to keep up all of the lies and secrets, justifications continually need to be generated, there needs to be division. The entire middle eastern conflict is contrived and the contradiction easy to see. They created an enemy abroad while promoting and importing the conflict to us, all in the name of tolerance. This entire conflict was created by the very people who now seemingly have the answers concerning how to fix it. The peoples of the world are being lied to, divided, and manipulated for the reason of control and to the benefit of a few at the expense of the rest.
Why would a government create the conditions to restrict its own freedom? Who owns the banks that print your money and the oil companies that produce your energy? Who owns the media and why is it so evenly divided according to viewership with both sides parroting a specific party line? Who is producing secret weapons technology, where are they getting the money, and how much power do they wield? Why would world leaders meet in secret and the contents of those meeting remain a secret? This makes no rational since if one simply asks what then was the meeting for if not for those they are supposed to serve? How can we have agencies within a government that do not have to answer to the people they are suppose to serve?
We are seeing problems that have been purposely created and then used to create division by pitting the law against our compassion. The purposeful use of lies, division, hatred, and fear being created within our group consciousness is a circular path leading nowhere, and by allowing this to continue we ourselves allow them to hold us all prisoner. Small things matter!
I wish I had words to express the love this world offers. It is inside of you and it is the language of God. I have asked so many , many of which I have not written about here, and in some cases the answer is “sometimes ignorance is bliss”. I can’t understand how everything works and in many cases I don’t need or even want to. I came to a conclusion for myself that if I align myself with who I am on the inside, the person I want to be, the person I really am, I am aligning myself with Gods will. I know in my heart what is right, what is true and when I stay true to that the fear falls away.
The fun thing about this is as I did this everything in life became easier, I stopped having to try. Things just happen and I became excited to see what would happen next. I just ended up right where I was supposed to be. I did what I was supposed to do and the evidence of this fact was in the outcome. Things became so easy I stop worrying, once fear left me I looked at the world in a new light. I felt joy and this was the first time I have been free, truly free since I was a child. Life opened up and I walked into it unafraid. I know this sounds as if I am just writing words but it is all true.
I am not perfect and I make mistakes, being free from fear doesn’t mean I am free from emotions but knowing who I really am made it easy to find the hidden lessons, or the next opportunity. It is easy to see Gods messages when things are going well but in faith it becomes much easier to remember to learn when things are tough. I have a saying, “sometimes it’s hard”. It can be hard to do what you are supposed to, it can be hard to keep a good attitude, life is sometimes hard.
If you are alone, broken or simply empty there is a solution. I went through such bitter pain that I never thought I could find peace. I did so many things I regret but I have found peace and that means you can too. The 1st step is honestly looking at who you think you are and who you really are on the inside, who you really want to be. I defined these things in single words, love, joy, peace, purpose, knowledge, wisdom, faith, freedom, in humility. The next thing I did was stop lying, I can’t be honest with myself if I can stop telling lies to others. This was easier than I thought and my next saying is,” the truth is easy”. I still fall short at times, I get carried away and exaggerate things but I try to catch it and restate the truth. Considering my words is important and my intent determines part of this. If my son plays a song that isn’t very good and I say that was wonderful, it is true and a way to avoid hurting him. This is how I try to speak to people, I consider what I am going to say in order to build them up but not lie to them.
The next step is to slow down. Why rush through life in order to miss all of the best parts. This again sounds cliché but I spent so much time planning things or rushing from thing to thing I never noticed the wonder of the journey. When I slowed down I began to deal with loneliness by making friends. I like solitude but want people around so I try to be kind to everyone and in doing so I have friends everywhere. It is a wonderful solution to my personality. I also stop assuming everyone is like myself. I have often assumed the feelings of other. I can turn the meaning of a facial expressing or a short answer into anything. If someone isn’t pleasant I don’t assume the person is mean, I try to consider that they may be having a really difficult time and this is far more likely the truth, as opposed to them not liking me. They don’t know me so assuming this is somewhat silly but it was what I did. I got very hurt when I felt rejected and I would turn that into anger to push down that emotion. This isn’t something to be ashamed of it means I want to be loved and excepted, it was just the wrong way of dealing with the issue.
Another thing I try to do is to learn about people. I use to be like most people and always want to talk about what I did or know in order to impress or keep a conversation going. I would ask question but I really didn’t care about the answers because most of the time I was thinking about what I would say next. I then realized how interesting it would be to hear of other peoples struggles, their lives, hopes, dreams. I hated small talk and it still isn’t my forte’ but if I can learn something about someone else I can reflect on who I am talking to and some of the most unassuming people have some of the most amazing stories. I don’t impress others by telling them all I know, I engage with them and share my life in an honest way. This exchange is amazing and if done in this spirit it is a relaxed conversation.
I have spent time with people who are very hard to be around. It is easy for me to want to point out their faults but if I do it never goes well and I regret it. Sometimes it just doesn’t matter and being silent is the best thing I can do. What I found amazing is it helps me stay in peace. I hold off saying what pops into my mind and while I sometimes dwelt on how I am being treated, it doesn’t take long for me to feel better for not saying what I wanted to. I have a choice of who I spend time with and if someone is affecting my peace I spend my time with others. I use to get embarrassed by acting kind because it felt fake. This was because I didn’t love myself but the best way to get love is to give it. Being kind takes little effort and the returns are amazing. I love myself when I love others. That seems so obvious but I didn’t see it.
I still sometimes fall for the allure of being the center of attention. It is mostly in my day-dreams that I do this. It is very funny when I look back at all the silly day dreams I have entertained where I was the hero. I use to think poorly of myself for being so childish but as I reviewed them they often took on the theme of helping others, it was as if my mind was telling me what to do in real life by exaggerating what I wanted in a day dream. I started looking at all of the things I regretted and that was easy but something happened as I reviewed more. I looked at my motives throughout my life and found out how wonderful a person I am. I did some awful things but I did so many more things that were selfless, many sacrifices big and small. I gave up things I wanted, I loved when it was hard. I wanted to be the real me but fear was keeping me from being that person. I tried to think about overcoming fear but I just couldn’t get past the what-ifs. It was in the process that I am describing that it fell away. I can’t explain it better. I had to know myself, I had to realize, truly understand, how good my heart is. I had to stop lying to myself and others. I had to allow myself the freedom of loving. I had to give up trying so hard to be loved and simply be. I don’t need to be anything or know anything to be me. It doesn’t take reflection to simply be myself and the more I learned who I was the easier everything became. It may seem like a paradox but I had to believe again who I really was before I could honestly be that person. This is because I believed all the lies I told myself. I believed that all my mistakes defined me and they don’t.
As I write this I laugh because Smalls, my little dog already knew the answers. He could have written this if he could write. He doesn’t pretend to be anything other than who he is and that tells me something important. It teaches me that I learned to be someone else. I took in all of the false information of what I am suppose to be and forgot who I was. I forgot how truly good I am and that it isn’t in lies that I find friends or contentment. I don’t need to hate myself for God. I cut myself off to protect my heart and in doing so I starved it. My other saying is “I love to love.”
The answer is already inside of you. It is on the inside that you are connected to something greater. We just take on so much junk that we stop being able to trust it. When I finally stop trying to control everything and trusted myself I began to stumble onto exactly the right thing. I even started viewing things that go wrong as a blessing, looking around for who I may meet, what may happen next and what I can learn. It is amazing that even difficult circumstances can end up as opportunities leading to what I need. I look at it like a river that flows through events. When I try to control everything, I step out of the flow but as soon as I stop worrying and find peace I step right back into it and things work out. Fear is the enemy of peace and it will keep me unhappy if I allow it to. It is as if being in Gods will is so easy it is hard. It I wanted it all along but kept thinking I could do it myself. I used chemicals to try and find joy and I dreamed up what God wanted, pursued it and it always came to nothing. Frustrated I would dream up another thing to do for God and again it came to nothing. I was trying but that was the problem I was trying to do what I thought and not simply letting it happen.
I did not think up this information alone or by chance. I wanted to be free from fear and I diligently perused answers for myself. I could not do it on my own. I begged and prayed, I cussed and blamed but it did nothing until I was willing to be honest and to stop acting in a way that was against my true nature. I desire things but that has nothing to do with acting on the impulse. I call those thoughts “passing clouds”. I equate these thoughts to taking a drink of something. I swirl it around in my mouth, I spit out the some and swallow others. Sometimes I swallow the wrong ones but those too can be dispelled. It does me no good to hold onto mistakes because I will keep making them and what then? Guilt was a poison I felt I had to keep and it made me miserable. I couldn’t get over my errors and they kept piling up until I hated myself. I am what I am on the inside, I am not my mistakes. Joy follows me around like a puppy if I just let it. I have come full circle and end up talking about God but it is unavoidable. The difference is that I don’t see God the same as I did. The concept of something greater than myself does not require a religion. I am not sure how this has strengthened my faith but it has. If I let God do it I just don’t have to worry about it. I still have to do things but the outcome is going to be what it will be. I trust myself and if it feels right within the domain of my inner-self I go with it. I could never do this before I connected the dots on who and what I really am and started acting in accordance with what I know to be right. Even seemingly wrong decisions often turn out to be the right ones. The truth is easy.
